Ingredients: half a chicken, pork tripe 1, ginger 1, white pepper 10g, clear water 1000g, and salt 5g. Ingredients for cleaning pork belly: appropriate amount of flour, appropriate amount of salt, baking soda 10g.

Exercise:

Prepare ingredients, try to use freshly slaughtered pork bellies. The soup boiled from chilled pork bellies tastes much worse and has more chicken skin oil. You can cut off some oily chicken skin and throw it away, so that the cooked chicken soup is healthier.

Clean the chicken, peel off the fat attached to the chicken skin, and then cut it into small pieces for later use;

Rinse the outside of the pork belly, turn the other side, add flour and salt and rub it like washing clothes, then add baking soda and massage carefully. It is easy to clean the dirt and smell on the pig's belly, rinse both sides repeatedly with clear water, and then pick it up and drain it.

Cut the pork belly into 4 large pieces, which is convenient to put into the pot to make soup and easy to cook;

Boil a proper amount of water in the pot, add a tablespoon of salt, put the chicken, pork belly and pork leg together in the pot, simmer for about 20 minutes, and boil the bleeding water and dirt;

Pick up the cooked meat, rinse it twice with clear water, and drain it for later use;

Peel and wash ginger, cut into thick slices, wash white pepper, and then pat it flat with the back of a knife, so that the taste of pepper can better penetrate into the soup;

Pour all the ingredients into the casserole, add ginger slices and pepper;
