1: Dashu Mountain in Hefei is about 10 km away from the city center, with an area of 8,500 mu and an altitude of 284 meters. It is the only mountain in the suburbs of Hefei. Dashushan is the remnant vein of buried hill, which is high in the southeast and low in the northwest. It is oval and formed by volcanic eruption. Volcanic cones, waterfalls, volcanic rocks, volcanic neck and other ancient volcanic relics are well preserved.

According to Er Ya Shi Shan, "Shu" means "independence", because Dashushan has no attachment to mountains and houses, but is just a lonely person.

Spring gurgled out and tasted Qutang Gorge, hence the name Shu Jing. So some people say that Shushan is named after it.
