1. Keep healthy: Keep healthy through proper exercise, diet and medical care. Be able to stay healthy and independent, and have the time and opportunity to engage in activities that interest you.
2. Social communication: keep in touch with family, friends and community members, actively participate in social activities, and avoid loneliness and social isolation.
3. Learning and development: learn new skills, pursue your hobbies, challenge your thinking, and so on. So as to make life full of excitement and development, expand your hobbies and explore new fields and cultures.
4. Travel and exploration: broaden your horizons and enrich your life experience by traveling and exploring new places and cultures. Living in a comfortable, safe and stable environment, there is no need to worry about the satisfaction of basic needs and the decline of quality of life.
5. Do public welfare and dedication: participate in voluntary activities, make contributions to society, and make your life more meaningful and valuable. By contributing to the community and society, or by recalling and inheriting family and cultural traditions, I feel that my life is meaningful and valuable.
In short, the ideal old-age life should be a life full of health, fun, growth and dedication.
