The sixty-four hexagrams in the Book of Changes represent sixty-four situations of life in the universe, and also tell us how to adjust and deal with them at different stages of life. Therefore, to solve the mystery of the Book of Changes, it should be the only way to start with representative hexagrams and try to figure out one by one.
The first divination in the Book of Changes is divination. The slogan of dry divination is: don't use hidden dragons for nine days; 92, see the dragon in the field, see adults; In 1993, gentlemen worked all day, and if they were late, there was no blame; 94. It's not surprising to jump deep. Flying dragon in the ninth five-year plan, it is good to see adults; On the ninth day, Kang Long regretted it. If you use nine, you will see a leaderless group, Ji. What do these words mean? How should learning divination adjust life?
There are many codes for life in the universe, which are summarized as sixty-four in the Book of Changes. So what is the first password? Is to do divination. When we untie the six hexagrams of the melon one by one, we can see that the code of the melon gives us only six words: dive, present, remonstrate, jump, fly and be brave. Remember, divination in the Book of Changes should be viewed from the bottom up.
All six dragons are dragons, but the situation is different, so remind us that dragons have no leader. Even if these six dragons are the same dragon, they should have different performances at different stages, and there can't be only one way. "Headless" refers to an unfixed method.
Where is the sentence "leaderless" written? Write it in a very special place called "using nine". After reading the Book of Changes, you should know that among the 64 hexagrams in the whole Book of Changes, except for the dry hexagrams and the Kun hexagrams, there is no hexagrams of 96. Therefore, to say divination, we must first make it clear that "using nine".
The "using nine" in divination is: "It is lucky to see a group of dragons without a leader." This sentence means that when you act leaderless, you are lucky. Isn't that strange? When we usually think or hear that there is no leadership, we express negation and derogatory meaning, which shows that a group is in a mess without leadership. It can be seen that for thousands of years, we have passed it around wrongly. Because there is no leader, if it is interpreted as a group without a good leader and everyone is in a mess, it is impossible to be auspicious.
No leader means that even if you are a dragon, you are great, but you have to make different adjustments at different stages. You can't go all the way because you are a dragon, or you will die miserably. In modern terms, it is best to explain that adults are born at different stages and need to make different adjustments. So I often write a sentence to others: life is a phased adjustment.

The intelligent life in the Book of Changes should be adjusted in stages, that is, "seeing a group of dragons without a leader". So sometimes, we misunderstand or distort the text, which is a terrible thing.
Gangua divides life into six stages, one of which is almost 20 years old. Of course, 20 years old is just a reference. Some stages are only a few years, some stages may be decades, and some people may disappear in the third stage. There are all these situations.
These six stages are represented by six words, counting from bottom to top:
The first stage is called diving. Just hide, don't show it yet.
The second stage is called now. People in China usually don't show it right away. They hide it first and then wait for the right opportunity to show it.
The third stage is called warning, which means vigilance. It doesn't matter if you don't obey the rules and are not alert occasionally; Once you show it, don't be vigilant, and then all your shortcomings will gradually be exposed. Remember a word, as long as you show it, the blow may come from all directions, so you must be vigilant and guard against it.
The fourth stage is called jumping. Is that you have to find a way to jump on the dragon gate. I've been waiting for this opportunity all my life to see if I can jump over it. Once you climb the dragon gate, you are worth a hundred times; If you can't jump, forget it. Get ready to retire.
The fifth stage is called flying. This is a turning point in life. Leaping forward, the dragon is in the sky, so it is called the dragon.
The sixth stage is called Kang, which means a lot of vigilance. Fei long is brilliant in the sky, but I ching advised us that by the fifth stage, it would probably be enough, not too much. Too high, so the sixth stage is called high, "Kang Long has regrets." If your business has been running smoothly, then don't blindly force it to be stronger and bigger. If it continues, it may close down because of excessive expansion. In the end, it must be "Kang Long has regrets".
The first slogan of cantaloupe is: "Don't use hidden dragons." The meaning of "diving" is very clear, that is to say, in the first stage of life, people's ability is still very limited, so they need to hide first. But what does "don't use" mean? No talent, or no use?
A person's potential is to be fully prepared, rather than lying there and simply not showing it. Capable people need to dive, but incapable people don't dive at all.
No is to use it from the standpoint of no use.
-the first stage of Yijing wisdom, don't use hidden dragons. The word "no" does not mean "no" It's not that it shouldn't be used in the hidden dragon stage. See no evil, do you want to see it? Don't be rude Do you want to talk about it? "Don't" doesn't mean "Don't". In fact, "don't" means "want". If you don't use it, you should use it from the standpoint of not using it.
Only in this way can we know that China people will say "I don't mind" first. If you say that you have no opinion, people won't ask you again, which means that even if you say it, people won't listen. Do you have to say it? Many times, the leader asked his subordinates if they had any opinions, and most of them saidno. The leader said, "If there is, just say it!" You still say no, if the leader insists that you say it again, then you say it. Don't say it for the third time, when will you say it?
Why do China people have to "push, drag and pull"? Many people don't quite understand that "procrastination" is to push to the most reasonable person, not to push away time or responsibility. Responsibility can never be shirked, shirking responsibility will only waste time. To really know how to push and drag is to push around and push to the most suitable person.
In meetings, the first speaker is often not listened to. I often have the opportunity to contact the bosses of some companies. Once, I sat next to a general manager and sat in on their meeting. At the beginning of the meeting, the general manager said, "We are all very busy, so we took time out for the meeting. If you have something to say, please don't hesitate. " Then someone raised their hands and was the first to speak. But the general manager keeps talking to me. Embarrassed, I said to the general manager, "Boss, you let people talk, but you don't listen to them, so you keep telling me. Is this not good? " He said, "Why not? What's wrong with it? I'm telling you, you can't listen to anything he says. I'll pay attention to what such people say. Then I'm not encouraging bad people. I don't mean anything to talk to you, but I'm implying that he should stop talking. I'll embarrass him. But he doesn't even understand this. "
To really know how to push and drag is to push around and push to the most suitable person.
-The wisdom of the Book of Changes. So when we usually have a meeting, we will listen to others first. His opinion is not as good as mine, so I'll just say it. Is it more like not saying it at this time? If it sounds like his opinion is better than mine, I think it's a good thing I didn't say it. It would be ridiculous if I did. What a favorable thing it is! Why should we compete first? We all said that we should strive for the first place, but in fact we misunderstood what Lao Tzu meant.
Laozi said: "Being behind, being ahead, being outside." Slowly, I realized that Laozi was striving for the first place, and Taoism was also very active, but he was striving for the first place on the standpoint of not striving for the first place. "Latency" means wanting from the standpoint of not wanting, so as not to want it indiscriminately; Express your opinions from the standpoint of no opinion, so as not to talk nonsense.
In the future, when you are talking, if someone is chattering below, you will know that he doesn't want to listen. Since he doesn't want to hear it, what are you talking about? That's a sheer waste of time.
You must be the first to say yes, but don't raise your hand. Look at others first, then look around. If someone is watching you, ask him to speak first. I'm sure he'll say no and let you speak first. If you let others speak first, no one will. If you stand up again, no one will be jealous of you, because you have humbled so many people. It's time to do your duty. If you don't even give a chance to stand up and speak, it means that you are completely arrogant. Who wants to hear what you have to say?
China people will "push, drag and pull" for one purpose, that is, I am polite to you and I respect you. If you speak first, I won't argue with you, but none of you will speak first. Sorry, I'll go first. It's my duty. So it is also the first time to give a lecture, and you will receive two completely different effects. Actually, it's just a little different
I hope you understand that "diving" is for performance. If "diving" is nothing, let alone diving. When the Book of Changes says "no", it means "want" because it means "one yin and one yang", and "want" and "don't" are connected and will not be separated.
Lurking is to show.
-Zhuge Liang's wisdom of the Book of Changes took 27 years to "appear", so it shone as soon as it came out of the mountain. What's the use of asking Liu Bei to come out if he just cultivates Nanyang in poverty, grows vegetables there all day and leads a indifferent life? Therefore, I don't think Liu Bei went to visit the shanzhai by himself. It was simply a game set by Zhuge Liang: he first made a good impression on the world, and then someone praised him in front of Liu Bei, forcing Liu Bei to come. Where did Liu Bei come automatically? But we all said that Liu Bei went automatically. So Zhuge Liang did it and let others come to him instead of selling himself out.
Nowadays, people always say that they want to sell themselves, that is, they belittle themselves and treat themselves as commodities. Are we commodities? Of course not. Today, many things are simply wrong, but we don't know. As long as you know the Book of Changes, you can adjust it.
When you are ready, just wait and see. There really is no one better than you. You can show it. You are ready, but you can't do it yet, so don't show it at all, at least you won't make a fool of yourself. You won't make a fool of yourself if you don't show it. If you don't speak, others really don't know how much you mean, but as long as you speak, others will see your insides clearly. Therefore, we must be fully prepared before we can stand up and speak.
A person is fully prepared, but also depends on the timing. If the timing is wrong, he must dive. Zhuge Liang was ready long ago, but the timing was wrong and he refused to come out. If the time is right, he can't get out. If Liu Bei goes to the thatched cottage and Zhuge Liang doesn't go down the mountain, he will be unknown all his life and won't go down in history, so we don't know that he will live in vain all his life. To tell the truth, Zhuge Liang knew that he would never succeed in his life when he went down the mountain. Only because he saw Liu Bei's sincerity did he agree to go down the mountain. The greatest thing about Zhuge Liang is that he knows what he can't do. He didn't go down the mountain until he had a chance to succeed, because he knew that people were right, but when they were not right, it was useless to be right.
"No hidden dragon" means to be fully prepared and ready to go. In fact, whether it is a person's life or a thing, it is necessary to make full preparations from the beginning and not to show it rashly. So, what should a person pay attention to when he starts performing? What does the second trick of divination mean, "Seeing dragons in the fields is good for seeing adults"?
"Dive" means to be fully prepared. On this basis, once we seize the opportunity, we must fully "present". If it is not now, it is "seeing the dragon in the field, benefiting the adults." What is an adult? What's the difference between an adult and a saint?
In fact, it is the common people who know best what is an adult and what is a saint. What is it like to be called an adult? "My Lord", the following must be "Help". Call for help, and you will get in touch with adults. Did anyone hear someone say "Saint, help"? How do saints save themselves? A saint can only teach you one lesson. How can he save your life? Those who will save your life are called adults, and those who will teach you a lesson are called saints. A person, no matter how small his official position is, is an adult as long as he cares about you. Sages are good-looking, although they are very knowledgeable, but they can't save people; Sages have good moral cultivation and are reasonable, but they can't save people. If saints could save lives, the whole world would have been at peace. There are many saints since ancient times who just can't save the world.
"Lord Li Jian" has two meanings:
The first is that you should act like an adult, not stingy. If you don't obey the rules, you will be satisfied. Your behavior will make people think that you are broad-minded and want to take care of everyone, not selfish. If there is such a performance, everyone can let you go all the way unimpeded. As soon as some people show it, they let others feel that it is entirely for themselves, just for the present and trying to crush others. Of course, someone else must kill him. The performance is also full of yin and yang. Popular with others, called "I am an adult". It makes people jealous, and people have to punish you, get back at you and knock you down. That's a villain. Therefore, it is not entirely someone else's fault that people are jealous and have to review themselves.
If you make others jealous, it's not entirely someone else's business. You should also review yourself.
-The wisdom of the Book of Changes You have a clear conscience and act like an adult, which makes people feel that you have a set of skills and will naturally "benefit adults". However, the premise is that it won't hurt everyone. If you have a set, but it will hurt others, then others will kill you before you are fashionable. Too many young people have been hit hard as soon as they enter the society, so they lose confidence in the society and become worse than anyone else. This is pathetic.
Second, you should be appreciated by adults. As long as the performance of "92" is not appreciated by "95", it will not become a climate. The important leaders above appreciate your style, and you can be cultivated by the leaders, so that you can make a difference, because each leader likes different styles.
There are at least two kinds of leaders. One is to use your eyes, but not your ears. He doesn't understand anything you tell him. If you show him, he can see clearly. One is with his ears. He doesn't use his eyes much. You wrote for a long time, but he was bored. Tell him. This is called yin and yang. Therefore, people who are cadres must first find out which one their leaders like. If he prefers to use his ears, then you should make an oral report. If he prefers to use his eyes, it's no use reporting it. He listens first, then forgets, and then asks you. Can you say that again? I'm sure I can't talk any more. As long as you write to him, he will think you are a very good person.
Only the "adults" above can save your life. It said the blow was right, you were shot down at once, it said you were wronged and you were brought up.
"I'm interested in meeting adults", on the one hand, refers to myself, on the other hand refers to the above.
Dry divination tells us that only when we are fully prepared can we begin to show our talents, but when it comes to performance, we must be very cautious and vigilant, so the third reason is that a gentleman works all day, and it is understandable if he is diligent at night. In other words, only by being cautious and vigilant can we avoid disaster. Professor Ceng Shiqiang believes that the pursuit of life should be guilt-free, not good luck. What is the truth?
The third stage requires high vigilance. We know that Zhuge Liang faced all kinds of severe tests as soon as he came down from the mountain. Guan Gong refused to accept him, and Zhang Fei also refused to accept him. They thought, we are Liu Bei's sworn brothers. Who are you? Frankly speaking, even Liu Bei didn't pay much attention to Zhuge Liang at first. Liu Beigang only regarded him as a consultant at first, but later he did well. After Guan Gong and Zhang Fei were very convinced of him, Liu Bei formally worshipped him as a strategist.
A person, if he doesn't show it, will bear the blow from all directions. Imagine if you were going to hit someone, would you hit the weak or the strong? If you hit the weak, it is bullying the weak, so if you want to hit, you must hit the strong. If he behaves well, he will be beaten. If he didn't behave well, why did you hit him? This is human nature, don't think it's bad, it has nothing to do with good or bad.
We especially like to report on people whom the boss appreciates and those whom the boss loves. The boss looked down on him. Why did you snitch? This is completely unnecessary. Some people think it's strange. Why do they always get hit when they are doing well? In fact, it's over in one sentence. So many people beat you, which means you did a good job. If no one hits you, it means you are muddling along. A lot of things should be reversed, not too one-sided.
In the third hexagram, the word "no blame" appeared. It should be noted that the Book of Changes pursues "no blame" rather than so-called good luck.
When a person gains some benefits, he is also doomed to lose something. -The wisdom of the Book of Changes.
What's the use of being lucky? There must be evil behind good luck, because good luck and bad luck are linked. When you get some benefits, you will also lose something. It is impossible to take advantage without losing a little. For example, if you are in business, if your business is good, then you are very busy and have no time to watch movies. Business is bad, I can't make money, but I have time to watch movies. Depends on which one you want to choose. You can't have all the good things, and all the bad things have nothing to do with you.
The highest pursuit of the Book of Changes is called "no blame". Many people think that "no fault" means no fault, which is impossible. How can people not be at fault? People are alive, as long as your eyes are not closed forever, you will always be wrong, just different in size. "No blame" means that as long as you do the right thing, even if you make a little mistake, everyone will forgive you easily and there will be no major disaster.
Most people like good luck, but you should know that good luck is integrated with dangerous disasters. When people lift you higher, you will know that the worse you fall. Why climb so high for no reason? Climb lower, in case you fall, it hurts a little. But if you climb up again, your bones will be broken. If you climb up again, you will die. Is it necessary for people to climb that high? This needs personal consideration. It is natural to climb high when you should climb high. If it is not necessary, enough is enough. You are happy everywhere. It is right to have such cultivation.
Don't pursue anything reluctantly, try your best. Together, these two are my best efforts, not reluctantly. Many things should be such an attitude, including reading. It seems very hard for you to read a course until the end, and it is very hard to learn. Then I advise you not to learn, because it is obvious that you are not suitable for learning this thing. Why do you have to learn? Now that we have a Yao Ming, many mothers encourage their sons to grow up to be Yao Ming. Aren't you going to kill your son? There is only one Yao Ming, and there is no second one, because his time and height just happened to meet him. Now you have to raise another one taller than him. Just try it. You can't even arrange a taxi.
Remember, this time is the same, and so is the other time. Times have changed and the whole situation has changed. When we read the Book of Changes, the most important thing is to read the word "time". Confucius is a "saint" ("Mencius? Zhang Wan), his characteristic is to adjust the "time" very well anytime and anywhere.
Take nine as the hexagram: "See the dragon headless, Ji." This sentence is very important. Even if you are a dragon, even if all your conditions are good, you can't persist stubbornly all the way, or you will die miserably. Dive when you should dive, jump when you should jump, stop when you should stop, and watch when you should watch. You will be very happy. This sentence, we later turned it into a famous saying, called resilience. As a person, you must be flexible. The current situation is not good for me, and I will be wronged and not speak; I speak when it is good for me, but be careful when I speak, lest others hit me. Be careful what you say, don't be too full. When you are full, someone will hand it to your boss right away. Then your boss may think: I gave you a chance, and you did it today. I won't give you a chance next time. Misfortune comes from the mouth. Once the boss doesn't give you a chance, you are finished.
Once people begin to feel successful, they tend to become complacent. If you are complacent, your remarks will hurt people. Hurtful words will spread quickly, and in the end, it will only hurt yourself. I think too many people have suffered this kind of loss, but I just don't know why.
Vigilance, vigilance day and night, isn't that nervous all day? Actually, it's not. Vigilance is to enrich and prepare again, and prepare to jump next time. What else are you going to do?
The next three words of Gangua are: "94, or jump into the deep, no blame;" Flying dragon in the ninth five-year plan, it is good to see adults; On the ninth day, Qianlong regretted it. "The effect is that as long as you can jump over the Longmen, you can fly in the sky, but if you go up, there may be disaster. Then why was Long Zaitian later associated with the disaster? What should we pay attention to in these three stages?
Divination is divided into two parts, one is the upper part and the other is the lower part. The first represents the first stage, the second represents the second stage and the third stage of Theory of Three Represents. These three stages are called Shimonoseki. From the fourth day to the sixth day, I was called to work. Many people died before they finished their work. Many people were beaten by others after a little performance, and they were very nervous. They didn't dare to do this or that until they retired.
If you want to go to work, you must be more substantial, more persistent and perform better next time. So in the fourth stage, "or jump deep", there is a word "jump". Carp yue longmen depends on whether you can jump over it, and your value will be completely different if you jump over it; If you can't jump, you will fall into the abyss and fall badly.
Fourth, "or jump into the deep, no blame"; The fifth stage of the fifth stage, "the flying dragon is in the sky, which is beneficial to meet adults." One is "flying dragon in the sky" and the other is "jumping into the deep". We compare these two, only "flying" and "jumping", "sky" and "depth", so we later have an idiom called "the difference between heaven and depth". I was so close that I flew, which was completely different. In a person's life, the most brilliant and remarkable stage is the fifth stage, called the Ninth Five-Year Plan.
The fifth reason for this "adult benefit" is that you should act like an adult and have a heart-to-heart relationship with the cadres below. Otherwise, the fourth person below often takes you as a target and watches your jokes, which will drag you down one day.
The Ninth Five-Year Plan looks like a "flying dragon", but it is actually very difficult to do. 95 1 gives orders and everyone listens to him, so he will take full responsibility. If people don't listen to him, he can also say "you don't listen"; When people are obedient, he will carry it up by himself, which is a great responsibility. What did he say during the Ninth Five-Year Plan? When he saw something wrong, he quickly changed it. Some people would say that he kept changing it. The Ninth Five-Year Plan says "Let me think", which is indecisive. The Ninth Five-Year Plan immediately showed that some people must think he is willful. Ninth five-year plan, it's really not that easy. Being in the Ninth Five-Year Plan, you may feel very proud. When you become a big leader, you can do whatever you want. Actually, it's not like this at all. Usually, people disappear before the chair is hot.
When the "flying dragon is in the sky", you should measure whether what you are doing is for the public or not, because at that time, the status was very high and everyone could see you. This is called looking at each other with ten eyes and interlocking fingers. As long as you make a sound, everyone can see clearly. Needless to say, if you don't move, people will know what tricks you are playing, and you can't fool anyone. Therefore, to stay in the Ninth Five-Year Plan, the first thing is to show your adult demeanor.
Second, you should have competent cadres under your command. They have only one thing to do, and that is to consolidate the leadership center. You want the people below to consolidate you, how can you always rely on yourself? But enough is enough, because there is a nine-year-old named "Kang Long has regrets"
If the ninth five-year plan is called the boss, then the ninth five-year plan is called the boss, and there is a boss above the boss. Everyone should remember that there are days ahead, so it's better to stop. Don't think you can decide everything. Otherwise, once "Kang Long has regrets", the result will be miserable.

The upper three hexagrams are called upper hexagrams, and the lower three are called lower hexagrams. There is a line between these two parts. Many people only go to work all their lives and have no chance to work at all. The highest expectation in life lies in the Ninth Five-Year Plan-flying dragons are in the sky. Our life's efforts and all our hopes are pinned on one day being able to "fly in the sky". But in fact, only 20% people can fly in the sky, and 80% people can't do it all their lives. Even so, it doesn't matter, because although there is no hope of reaching the ninth five-year plan, there is still a ninth two-year plan that you can show. So I advise many people not to set their goals on the Ninth Five-Year Plan, because it is too difficult.
If you are a hidden dragon now, you must remember that "Don't use the hidden dragon" is not unnecessary, but you should enrich yourself first, make full preparations, find a good opportunity, and then perform well, so that you will enter the 92nd year. Whether a person wants to show off depends on the opportunity. There will never be a chance, so what's the use of your performance? The book of changes needs to be studied hard, and it will be used naturally after you have eaten it thoroughly.
