(1) Talk less, conserve your energy, and talk less is to be quick, quick and talkative. Qi is also called "healthy qi", and all kinds of functional activities and disease resistance of human body are related to qi, so qi is the driving force of human life activities. If people often chatter or shout loudly, it will inevitably consume lung qi, affect the normal function of respiratory qi officials, lead to insufficient vital qi in the body, and foreign pathogens take advantage of it, causing many diseases.

Abstinence is abstinence. Indulge in posture and sex, without restraint in sexual intercourse, will inevitably dry up semen and dissipate qi, which may lead to premature death or premature aging. Excessive sexual intercourse is mainly the loss of human essence, which is the foundation of health preservation. The loss of essence shakes the foundation of life, and it is difficult to guarantee health and longevity.

3 thin taste nourishing blood and thin taste means eating more vegetables and fruits, light vegetarian food, and eating less fat, spirits and spicy and greasy products.
