"Eye fatigue, blurred vision, unclear thinking, weakness of limbs, lack of energy at work, and difficulty sleeping. Even if I just woke up, I was listless. Who can understand my tiredness? 」
This kind of fatigue is called "the liver does not hide blood".
If you encounter the following problems, you can ask the Liver Meridian for help:
Hepatobiliary problems: eye fatigue, irritability, chest pain, hernia, sleep disorder, head discomfort and dizziness caused by liver wind.
Gynecological diseases and Yin Qian's disease: irregular menstruation, dysmenorrhea, metrorrhagia, leukorrhagia and enuresis.
Other problems in the following parts: stomachache, numbness of lower limbs, cramps of lower legs.
When you encounter the above problems, you can first explore the three points of the liver meridian that are easy to block, and insist on pressing and tapping the points with strong pain. After a week, the pain is relieved and the symptoms are often improved.
In addition to dredging the acupoints that are easy to block daily, you can also find five acupoints of the liver meridian for more targeted conditioning.
There is a saying in the Five Shu Points of Liver Meridian: "If you look too carefully between the lines of Datun, Zhongfeng Ququan belongs to the liver. 」
? Well point-big pier (wood)
Positioning: the toe is close to the side of the second toe and 0. 1 inch outside the nail root angle.
"Big", as opposed to small; "Sincere" means heavy, such as the word "gentle and sincere" used to describe men.
The name of this cave means that the big toe is bigger and thicker than the other four toes. The acupoint is on the big toe of the foot, so it is called Dadun.
Dadun is a wood, which is the origin of the liver meridian, so many typical problems of zang-fu organs and circulation routes are related to Dadun point. Such as enuresis, impotence, urinary tract infection, irregular menstruation, metrorrhagia, hernia, stomachache and other gynecological diseases.
Teacher Lu said in the course: "Da Dun point has a unique function-relieving hernia. The ancient prescription of Song Dynasty, Fu Lun Wan Bing, said,' Look at the sea with great care and be good at removing cold hernia (juān, sparse).' 」
Dadun can do pricking blood, pinching moxibustion and pressing the sea moxibustion. Combining these two acupoints is very effective in regulating cold hernia.
There are seven kinds of hernia recorded in Huangdi Neijing, and cold hernia is a common one. But no matter what kind of hernia it is, the result is liver qi disorder, which is inseparable from the liver meridian.
Regulating hernia with Dadun point of liver meridian is like pulling a rope to untie the knot;
If there is a bend in the middle of the rope and a knot appears, it is not easy to straighten it. Instead of making great efforts to comb the knot, it is better to pull one end of the rope and shake it, and the bend will be straight naturally.
Stimulating the Dadun point at the end of the liver meridian will play the role of pulling the rope to untie the knot.
? Xing point-between lines (fire)
Orientation: between the first toe and the second toe, behind the edge of the toe web, at the red and white meat.
"Walk" and "walk" are homonyms of "walk"; "Jian", like two or three o'clock in the large intestine meridian on the hand, refers to the acupoint between two toes (fingers).
There is a sentence in Teacher Lu's new book "Eliminating All Diseases with Bare Hands": "Meridian is a mirror of viscera. When the zang-fu organs are dysfunctional, the channels and collaterals will be blocked, and vice versa. 」
Many people suspect that they are too angry and have symptoms such as dry eye and sleep disorder. Let's discuss the fire points of the liver and gallbladder meridians (inter-row and yang-auxiliary). If there are pain and nodules, it means that liver fire is really abnormal.
Conditioning is also very easy to handle. First, you can explore the fire points, earth points and water points of the liver and gallbladder meridian, identify the points with pain and nodules, and insist on knocking (diarrhea); Secondly, scraping (diarrhea) can be used in fire points and earth points with heavier methods, while moxibustion and massage (tonic) can be used in water points with lighter methods.
The principle of reinforcing and purging is: excess of liver fire is the truth, "deficiency tonifies its mother and actually purges its son", so the purging method is used on earth points; Water can reduce fire, and replenishing water can reduce fire, so the tonic method is used on water points.
(it's still very simple, you must have learned it ~)
? Origin-Taichong (Earth)
Positioning: dorsum of foot, anterior depression of metatarsal joint.
"Too" means great and extreme; "Chong" means rushing to the key point, as the idiom goes. As the lost and original point of liver meridian, Taichong point has great qi and blood and occupies an important position.
Chinese medicine calls the liver a "sea of blood", which should have a grand image, so a healthy liver has a lot of blood.
The so-called blood storage is not to close the door to stop the blood flow, but to let the blood pass through the liver all the time, just like forming a lake in the middle of the river.
Why hide blood? An important purpose is to clean up the garbage and toxins in the blood, and then upload the clean blood to the heart system, which is the "wood fire" link in the human body.
What if Ganmu doesn't sleep at night 1 1 because he gets angry easily, and he is too restless to be quiet and collect?
Dry eyes, blurred vision, abdominal distension, pain in both ribs, weakness and tightness of whole body muscles, calf cramps, numbness of lower limbs, fatigue at noon, difficulty falling asleep at night, unconsciousness, and head discomfort and dizziness caused by liver wind. In a word, I feel a complex fatigue.
Excess of yang leads to yin disease, while excess of evidence leads to deficiency, so problems related to liver follow one after another. In the future, diseases will be contagious, and other visceral problems will follow.
The gale began at the end of qingping, but isn't it the most difficult thing to put it out at the end of qingping? Life is alive, temper is hard to change, old habits are hard to return.
With the help of these bad temper and bad habits, evil spirits will gradually invade the body, resulting in more and more acupoints for pain.
What should we do?
Since it is difficult to change your mood, you should start with your body, and often press and beat Zhongfeng and Ququan too hard to help the liver store blood, prevent the lake area from shrinking, and increase the vitality and nutrition of the whole body blood.
Changing the body changes the mood, which is also a circuitous route of "Yin attracting Yang".
If you are physically and mentally normal, you can't get sick even if you are sick. You can roll with the punches and roll with the punches. The real health party must have experienced the significance.
There are two ways to operate Taichong point: First, when pushing Taichong point, the tip of the thumb should be pressed against the skin of Taichong point, instead of relative movement, push it down forcefully (not necessarily to the point between rows).
The second is warm moxibustion, the temperature should not be hot, moxa cone moxibustion is 3 or 8 strong, and the moxibustion time should be within 15 minutes.
? Meridian point-Zhongfeng (Gold)
Positioning: The medial malleolus and tibialis anterior tendon are depressed.
As mentioned above, besides Taichong, Zhongfeng and Ququan can also be added to help the liver store blood. The five elements of these three acupoints are earth (original), gold and water, all of which help yin to hide acupoints.
Zhongfeng, from the point of view of acupoint name, is a point with strong collective force.
"Zhong" is a word with a wide meaning in Chinese characters, which means inside and inside, as opposed to outside, such as the word "Emotion moves in the middle"; "Sealed" means sealed and sealed.
As the middle seal of golden point, its sealing function can nourish liver yin and inhibit liver qi, which is homologous to eating mulberry and other medicines and foods. Other problems of weak collection, such as metrorrhagia, leukorrhagia, enuresis, nocturnal emission, etc., can be assisted by Zhongfeng point.
Sealing in the middle is actually "sealing in the middle", sealing the essence of the liver in the middle. It can be moxibustion, percussion and massage.
? He Xue-Ququan (Water)
Positioning: when bending the knee, it is in the depression above the horizontal end of the inner side of the knee.
"flexion" is a hint of position, which refers to the point where the leg bends; "Spring" means that a cave is as deep as a spring.
Ququan is a water cave, and water is the mother of wood. According to the principle of "tonifying the mother by deficiency", when the liver has deficiency syndrome (yin deficiency or yang deficiency), we use combined points to take springs.
How to judge liver deficiency syndrome? The above-mentioned sore eyes, blurred vision, fatigue at noon, difficulty in falling asleep at night, unclear thinking and slouches are all deficiency syndromes of the liver.
Ququan point can massage moxibustion, but there are bones on both sides, which is not easy to knock. Moxibustion is the same as moxa stick moxibustion for 3 or 8 years, while moxa stick moxibustion is warm moxibustion 15 minutes.
Li Yong, a physician in the Ming Dynasty, recited five points of the liver meridian;
Acupoint Poetry: Lost
forever
Cirrus clouds locked the big pier peak and forgot that the line was turning too fast.
There is no road in the middle, and there is no road in the water.
12 The easy-to-block points and five points of the meridian are all finished, as if we had a dragon slaying road. In the next course, we should comprehensively use the existing knowledge and follow Mr. Lu to learn some meridian conditioning schemes for common diseases.
Teacher Lu said in the course:
"When we use 12 meridians to deal with problems, some ideas may change. Mainstream medicine has given us many definitions and judgments: for example, hypertension and diabetes are incurable terminal diseases that require lifelong medication. This makes many people live in numbers every day: take a blood sample every morning to see blood sugar, control diet, or control blood pressure with antihypertensive drugs. 」
