Set a nap time
Setting a nap time every day to let children know the afternoon nap time is helpful to their physical and mental health.
Choose soft music
Choose soft sleeper music, piano music is a good choice. When you believe in prenatal education, you also know the importance of music to your baby. Try to keep the continuity of music and help children fall asleep better.
Put the child to sleep.
Let your baby lie in the crib. At first, you can accompany him, tell him stories, sing lullabies, or teach him to count. Every child has his own habit of falling asleep, understanding and satisfying his need for security, such as his favorite toy or stroking his head. Tapping or stroking is also a good way to appease children.
