Second, practice "Lotus Happy Style"

Spread a blanket on the hard bed or floor, sit down, straighten your right leg, bend your left leg flat on the floor, and stick the center of your left foot on the inside of your right thigh.

Then twist your body in the direction of bending your left leg, grab the tip of your right foot with your right hand, and extend your left arm to the sky. Please try to keep your body in a plane.

Practice feeling

It's difficult to spread it out completely at the beginning of practice. You lean against the wall with your back, legs and arms pressed against the wall, so that you will soon find the feeling of flat side spread.

1 minute later, you will feel a warm current flowing to the ribs, really like the sun shining in. No matter men, women and children, practicing the "Lotus Free and unfettered Style" for a few minutes every day can enhance the ability of relieving depression in the liver meridian and make you happy in the world.

Third, push the liver meridian.

Sit on the bed, straighten your right leg forward, bend your left leg flat, cross your hands, press it on the root of your thigh, push it forward to your knee with a little force along the position of the liver meridian inside your thigh, push it repeatedly for forty or fifty times, and then change the other leg in the same way.

Practice feeling

You can apply some moisturizing oil through your clothes. If it is on your skin, the effect is better. Push every night to soothe the liver and regulate qi, promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis, clear liver and purge fire, maintain gynecology and improve complexion.

There are three meridians in the inner thigh, the liver meridian in the middle, the spleen meridian near the front and the kidney meridian near the back.

After sitting down, bend your knees, with the inner thigh facing up, the liver meridian in the middle and the liver meridian pushed in. Of course, it doesn't matter if you push the spleen meridian or kidney meridian a little.

Fourth, practice "butterfly stroke"

Sit down and pad your ass with a blanket folded into two palms.

Then bend your knees so that your feet are opposite, your feet are close together and your heels are as far away as possible. Grasp your toes with both hands, spread your knees to both sides and stick them to the ground as much as possible. This is the butterfly style.

When doing this, your back should be straight and your knees should vibrate rhythmically to the floors on both sides.
