Material: 320g pig elbow.
Accessories: 40g of Atractylodes macrocephala and 40g of Codonopsis pilosula.
Seasoning: 40 grams of ginger and 3 grams of salt.
Exercise:
1, Atractylodes macrocephala and Codonopsis pilosula were washed with water respectively;
2. Slice Atractylodes macrocephala;
3. Codonopsis pilosula is cut into sections;
4. Wash pig elbows with water;
5. Wash ginger with clear water, remove ginger skin and slice;
6. Simmer with appropriate amount of water until the water boils;
7. Add the prepared Atractylodes macrocephala, Codonopsis pilosula, pork elbow and ginger, and continue to simmer for about 3 hours;
8. Add a little salt to taste and serve.
