The Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of the Rights and Interests of the Elderly stipulates: "The supporter shall give timely treatment and care to the sick elderly; For the elderly with financial difficulties, medical expenses should be provided. For the elderly who can't take care of themselves, the supporter should bear the responsibility of care; If you can't take care of yourself, you can entrust others or old-age care institutions to take care of you according to the wishes of the elderly.
