What should I pay attention to when working in the dark environment of coal mines all the year round?
Pay attention to rheumatism and dust prevention, and do a good job of dust prevention in coal mine environment for a long time to avoid and prevent pneumoconiosis.

Pneumoconiosis refers to the long-term exposure of workers to high dust environment, because inhaling a lot of dust leads to a lot of dust accumulation in alveoli and pulmonary fibrosis, which leads to the occurrence of diseases. Generally manifested as shortness of breath, fever, fatigue, dry cough and dyspnea. In severe cases, it will lead to other diseases and life-threatening.

If you choose a mask, it is recommended to choose a mask as follows:

1, dust mask as a special labor protection articles, must pass the certification of GB2626-2006.

2. Masks are divided into disposable, replaceable cotton filter-type half masks and full masks. For long-term occupational protection, it is recommended to use a replaceable cotton half mask. Occasionally go out to work, you can choose a disposable dust mask.

3. The composite half mask is made of silica gel, plastic, etc. Silicone material is soft and comfortable, with low facial pressure.

4. For dust and oily particles, protective masks are divided into oil-proof (oil fume, oil mist, dust, smoke, fog and microorganisms, denoted by KP) and dustproof (dust, smoke, fog and microorganisms). There are three levels of protection against dust: KN 100, KN95 and KN90. If there are many kinds of pollutants in the working environment, which are harmful to people, it is suggested to choose KN 100.

It is particularly important that the mask is sized according to the national standards. Many masks vary in size, and the effect will vary from person to person.

6. There are two kinds of masks, one is to cover the mouth and nose, and the other is to cover the mouth, nose and jaw. The second contact mask is large, with good sealing and low pressure sensitivity.

7. Choose one with low respiratory resistance. According to the national standard, the inspiratory resistance is less than 350 Pa, and some of them are only about 120 Pa, so the breathing is smooth. Masks with high respiratory resistance can easily cause lung diaphragm injury.
