1. The rolling water content should be near the optimum water content.
2. Rolling should follow the procedures and processes determined in the production test section. The rolling procedure is light before heavy, from edge to middle, from low to high. Pay attention to the stability of total pressure, no waves, no movement. When rolling, you can first stabilize the pressure (the number of passes is moderate, and the degree of compaction reaches 90%)→ start the light vibration rolling → revive the rolling → and then roll the surface with a rubber-tyred roller.
3. Generally speaking, the rolling length should not exceed 80m. Scrolling paragraphs must be clear, marked with obvious segmentation marks, and someone is in charge. Rolling should overlap 1/2 wheel width.
4.
The roller should be gently and smoothly reversed to prevent the base from being pulled. When stabilizing the voltage for the first time, try to reverse the car, and the shift position should be on the pressed paragraph. The shifting and reversing positions of the non-flattened end should be staggered into teeth. When a single package appears, it should be leveled by workers.
5. The rolling speed and times should be determined by trial paving on the test section. Stabilized roller should be rolled from the edge to the middle, the first time 1 ~ 2 times, the speed is generally1.5 ~1.7 km/h. After each pass, it should be 1.8 ~ 2.2 km/h, and the number of rollers should be appropriately increased according to the engineering needs and daily construction length.
6. When the roller stops, it should stop on the rolled pavement, and the position should be staggered, and the spacing should be not less than 3 meters. It is forbidden for the roller to turn around or brake suddenly on the road section that has just been rolled or is being rolled, so as not to damage the base.
7. Rolling should be completed before the final setting of cement and within the delay time determined by the test, and the required degree of compaction should be achieved without obvious wheel tracks.
8. Whether there are "springs", looseness and waves during rolling. , should be timely mixing (add the right amount of cement) or by other methods.
9. It is forbidden to use thin patch for leveling during grass-roots construction.
10. Quality control during rolling:
1) surface should always be wet. If the water evaporates too fast, and it is partially loose and compacted, a small amount of water should be added in time, but it is forbidden to sprinkle too much water for rolling.
2) Testers should detect the water content of the mixture at the site, and feedback the information to the mixing station in time if any abnormal situation is found, so as to correct it in time.
3) In the process of compaction, surveyors should track and detect the relative height of loose paving top surface to ensure the thickness of paving base.
