Tonics belong to the food business scope. According to Article 9 of the Drug Administration Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the business scope of the tonic business license mainly includes the wholesale and retail of drugs, as well as drugs entrusted by drug production enterprises or drug research and development institutions. In addition, the production and trading of health foods, special tonics, functional foods, Chinese herbal medicines and health care devices also belong to the business scope of tonics, so tonics belong to the food business scope.
