Sit and forget.

The theory of sitting and forgetting is the representative work of Sima Chengzhen, an aristocratic scholar in Tang Dynasty and the founder of Taoist Shangqing School. It is an important Taoist classic. The book emphasizes the preciousness of life and advocates that health preservation is nothing more than monasticism; Practice lies in meditation; The best way to meditate is to "sit and forget". The method of sitting and forgetting described in the book is a good practice method to keep peace of mind, get rid of troubles and return to the true self.

Sit and forget.

Courage up and be the third.

A lady's life must be based on things. Things mean everything, not just one person. A branch of the bird's nest forest, where birds look left and right in the bushes; Drink up the river, and the beast is generous to Hongbo.

Seek things from the outside and define yourself from the inside. Know life has points, and there is no point in doing nothing; Know what is right and what not to do is wrong. If you do something wrong, it will hurt your intelligence; Too much is not enough, and both form and spirit are present.

If you are uneasy, how can you reach Tao!

explain

We must do something in this world. There are thousands of things in Qian Qian that no one can undertake alone. Birds need only one branch to nest in the Woods, and other trees as dense as reeds are abandoned by it; Animals can only drink a full stomach of water by the Yellow River, and other turbulent floods are abandoned by it without stint.

Be good at observing everything externally, be good at knowing yourself internally, and know that life has its own points, so you will not pursue what you don't have; Knowing that something is appropriate, you won't do anything inappropriate. Doing inappropriate things will hurt your wisdom and energy; Pursuing something other than a fixed score will damage the body and mind.

How can you be enlightened when your body is still restless?
