Practice of Shuxin Zhu Yan Laohuo Decoction

Materials:

1 piece of sheep tail bone, 550g of lamb chops, 8g of Polygonatum sibiricum, 5g of Lycium barbarum, 2 pieces of southern ginger and 2 tomatoes.

Seasoning:

1 rock sugar, 50ml cooking wine, a few drops of soybean oil and sesame oil, a little salt.

Exercise:

1, sheep tail bone, lamb chops, washed with blood, drained and chopped.
