How to practice qigong?

After sleeping on my back for about five minutes, I felt a strong sense of gas: first, Dantian began to have a fever, then my stomach began to growl in a small range, and then my voice became louder, and my stomach kept running and rolling (I didn't have any stomach gas when I practiced for many years, so it was estimated that the food was too bad and I was hungry. One night this year, I practiced martial arts and my stomach was growling. I was really hungry. Then, the limbs began to have some sporadic currents, numbness, swelling, and some flashed by. The main meridians inside the two thighs have obvious sense of qi, and intermittent waves rush from the soles of the feet to the upper body. The Yongquan point on the sole of the foot is hot with jumping sensation. About 10 minutes, the left and right feet are centered on Yongquan point, and two warm currents slowly flow upward from the feet through the calves to the thighs. The whole leg is like a water pipe filled with warm water.

After the initial excitement of practicing qigong, it turned to calm. In three months, I experienced the feeling of qi from weak to strong, from local to whole body. I only practiced the simplest technique, and I only stayed in my abdomen without any meridian guidance. The abdomen is full of gas, and the gas naturally begins to flow. In my impression, a point on the perineum and waist is obvious for customs clearance. At that time, there was no internet and I didn't know much. Three months later, the Qi army finally advanced on the brain, with obvious pressure and acupoints beating, and then rushed to the temples at both ends with obvious swelling and beating. That kind of swelling is a real feeling, the temples are really bulging and the beating is obvious. At this time, the whole body has a strong sense of qi, especially the feet and hands, and the sense of qi is constantly washed away. Except for the jade pillow (forehead), the Baihui-Tang Yin on the top of the head is not connected to the next Sunday, but most of the whole body has been connected. In other words, most of the sundays have been connected, and after the small sundays are connected, all the sundays are connected.

Because there is no idea of deflation, it is a self-seeking path of qi, so the theory of small Sunday operation has also been verified. At that time, I practiced for about half an hour every day, and I usually lay in the dormitory before going to bed at night. Several times, in order to be stronger, I felt it necessary to practice standing outside, which was both hidden and safe.
