Effect of yam and jujube paste on infant's eating
This yam jujube paste is sweet. If the child is 7-8 months old, you can try it. It can be used as a daily health meal to regulate the spleen and stomach, but don't give children too much at a time, at most twice a week.

Materials:

Fresh yam and red dates

Exercise:

1, fresh yam cut into pieces;

2. Steamed in a steamer or boiled in a boiling water pot, and cooled for later use;

3. Wash the golden red dates, remove the core, blanch them in a boiling water pot, and let them cool for later use;

4. Mash yam and red dates with a kitchen processor.

5. Mix the two kinds of mud together according to the ratio of 2: 1, or adjust the ratio of yam and jujube according to the taste characteristics of children.

* People have different views on feeding children. I'm no expert. I just take out what children usually eat for your reference.

* Red dates are not peeled. Try to divide them into small pieces so that they can be digested easily.

* Adjust materials according to children's appetite. These are for taking pictures to see clearly. My children can't finish a meal, and the rest are naturally eliminated by her mother. (or store it in the refrigerator for quick freezing, and then steam it in a steamer for heating. )
