The Yellow Emperor and his courtiers, Qi Bo, are both experts in treating diseases. They often get together to discuss the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and the way of keeping in good health. Later, their conversation was recorded in Huangdi Neijing. Huangdi Neijing, written in the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period, is recognized as the foundation work of traditional Chinese medicine in China. This book, in the form of a question and answer between Huangdi and Qi Bo, explains many TCM theories and health preserving methods, including Su Wen and Lingshu.
Su Wen mainly studies the physiological and pathological problems of human body; Lingshu mainly explains the essentials of acupuncture, also called "acupuncture meridians". Huangdi Neijing is based on the theory of Yin-Yang and Five Elements, which emphasizes the prevention of diseases and the pursuit of harmony between man and nature. This book, together with the Book of Changes and the Tao Te Ching, is also called the "Three Books", which has an immeasurable influence on the development of China's traditional culture. Regarding the origin of the name "Neijing", some people think that it is about the internal laws of the human body, some people think that it is about internal medicine, and some people think that "Neijing" is "seeking from the inside", which means that if you want to be healthy, you should pay attention to internal conditioning and life. However, it seems more scientific to say that Neijing is an internal medicine, because there was Waijing at that time, and according to the records of Hanshu Yiwenzhi, there were * * seven classics.
Besides Huangdi Neijing, there are Huangdi Neijing, Bian Que Neijing, Bian Que Waijing, Bai Neijing, Bai Waijing and Bian Pian. It is said that Waijing was created by another surgeon who was good at surgery during the Yellow Emperor, but the specific truth needs further research. Because Huangdi and Zeebe asked questions and answered questions in Neijing, the ancients used their collective name "Huang Qi" to refer to Chinese medicine in order to show their respect for their ancestors. In the future, "Huang Qi industry" will gradually become synonymous with Chinese medicine industry.
