1. Wash red beans, coix seed and millet, soak them for one hour in advance, and then start cooking red beans and coix seed millet porridge in a pot according to a certain proportion of rice and water;
2. Pay attention to the freshness of rice when buying red beans, glutinous rice and millet. If it is porridge cooked with old rice, it is not fragrant enough;
3. glutinous rice porridge should pay attention to the cooking time of red beans. Put glutinous rice, millet and red beans into a pot, add enough water, boil over high fire until the water in the pot boils, then cook for 3 minutes, turn off the fire for 30 minutes, then stew for 30 minutes after the fire, or directly cook until the beans are soft and rotten;
4. When cooking glutinous rice porridge with red beans, first boil the water in the pot, and then add the red beans, glutinous rice and millet together. After boiling, turn to slow fire, and then turn off the heat when the porridge becomes sticky. Stir from time to time in the process of cooking porridge with rice to avoid porridge paste.
