How to make tofu?

2. Add 2000ml of water to the soaked soybeans, mash them in a cooking machine, and then filter them with gauze.

3. After the soybean milk is boiled, turn to low heat for 3-5 minutes and cook the soybean milk thoroughly. Remember, after the big fire is boiled, it must be changed to a small fire and continue to cook slowly until it is cooked thoroughly.

4. Cook soybean milk and let it cool for about 5 minutes.

When it is cold, you can see that there will be a layer of tofu skin on it, and chopsticks are delicious to clip.

5. Pour vinegar water again, 40ML white vinegar +200 ml water, and pour it bit by bit. Stop pouring tofu as soon as you see it forming. Basically, as long as you pour a little, tofu will form ... don't pour too much, tofu will be sour if you pour too much.

After the tofu is formed, let it stand for 20 minutes.

6. Pour the bean curd brain into the mold. If you want to eat it tender, press it for 20 minutes. If you want to eat old tofu, press it a little longer. About an hour.

7, without any additives, nutritious and healthy tofu is ready.
