The heating plate is damaged. Generally, the kettle is changed directly.

The thermostat or temperature fuse is damaged, so that the heating plate cannot be energized. Just replace the thermostat or fuse directly.

The internal circuit is damaged, resulting in no electricity on the heating plate. It is also a direct replacement line. The kettle tripped when it could not boil water.
