A summary of the life records of 36 centenarians
This book is one of the important topics of Yongfu Fushou Culture Series. Because of the style of this book, especially the "interview notes", we will not arrange "postscript" at the back of this book. This book is the crystallization of collective labor. If you should thank the organization of interview writing and the overall planning of the manuscript, I will briefly explain it here.

As the editor-in-chief of this book, I was the first person to read the whole book. The twists and turns in the previous interview work troubled me and worried me about my classmates' experiences and skills. In particular, many old people we interviewed are deaf and dumb, and there are also great language barriers. But then, an interview was sent to my mailbox, and I began to admire the students' opinions, feelings and difficulties, and then I was moved by the fate of the old people. I haven't cried for the loss of my loved ones for decades, and my vision is blurred many times when I review.

Our interviews and writing have always been conducted in a fast-paced and excited mood. Several of our editors first established the style of this book, that is, using the methods of news documentary and literature documentary, prose-style, illustrated and illustrated, and running through the life of centenarians with one day's documentary, each with 7-8 thousand words and 3-5 pictures. In the interview content, we pay attention to physical condition, family background, daily diet, work, entertainment, hobbies, life experiences including legendary stories or unforgettable experiences, evaluations of children and family members, impressions of neighbors and villagers, longevity proverbs and so on. Try to achieve such a goal: (1) reflect the history and culture of Yongfu and even the whole country, highlight the historical vicissitudes of Yongfu's humanities, put people first, show the inside story and connotation of China's longevity culture, string together the history of Yongfu people's secular life for a hundred years, and show Yongfu's folk customs; (2) Highlight the harmonious cultural theme of happiness and longevity, and show the unique longevity culture, family culture and rural culture; (3) Show Yongfu people's unique outlook on life, world outlook and values, such as life attitude, life perception, behavior mode and evaluation standard, and reflect Yongfu people's unique thoughts and ideologies. (4) Reflect the natural and social environment of the hometown of longevity, especially the importance attached by Yongfu County Party Committee and county government to longevity culture today, and the measures taken to provide for the elderly and enjoy their longevity. Later, in the process of writing, we had a deeper understanding, or sublimated some philosophy of life, and added "interview notes" at the end of each author. This is a young heart beating in front of a centenarian.

Of course, I don't think this book is perfect-both in content and form. However, we believe that because the content and theme cut into human life, it is a kind of applause for human life, and this book will have certain reference and enlightenment for the elderly, young and middle-aged people and our government. This book must have a readership.
