In other words, qi, blood and body fluid are the most basic nutrients that constitute the human body, and they are also the most basic substances to maintain life activities. The viscera, bones, muscles, skin and hair of the human body all need qi, blood and body fluid as nutrition. When qi, blood, body fluid are out of balance, there will be problems in its morphology and physiological function, and children's growth and development will also be affected, even life-threatening. For example, if a person loses a lot of blood and cannot replenish it in time, it may lead to death.

So qi, blood and body fluid are so important, where did it come from? Simply put, it is mainly a small part (essence) given by innate parents, and most of it is transformed from daily diet (Shui Gu essence) and inhaled fresh air (clear air) through internal organs (especially spleen and stomach).
