Who can give some advice on keeping coarse grains healthy? :)
My grandfather and grandmother often eat Sihong Decoction (my grandfather is a Chinese medicine practitioner), which is a dietotherapy remedy for invigorating qi and enriching blood. Let me tell you something:

Dosage for two people: soak four or two red beans, five big red dates, red-skinned peanuts, coix seed, lily, lotus seeds and gordon euryales (also called chicken head rice) for one night, put them in a pot the next day, add one or two brown sugar and cook for five minutes. Eat a bowl every day, the whole family can eat it, there is no age limit, and the rest will be completely cooled in the refrigerator the next day.

Now, my grandparents are all born after 80s, but they are still full of energy and say that they are wrong, because their hair is gray and black hair is more than white hair. My parents eat like this now, and so do I.

I also bought a book specializing in coarse grains in the bookstore, so I made tortillas, buckwheat cakes and whole wheat steamed bread. But don't eat too much coarse grains every day, because coarse grains contain a lot of crude fiber, and eating too much will also affect the absorption of other nutrients.

Have a good meal. It smells good and your body is great!
