What about wrist pain?
There are only two situations: one is soft tissue contusion; The second is bone and joint injury.

You can do wrist exercises.

The first step is to clench your fist, then loosen your fingers, and so on for many times.

The second step is to make a fist vertically downward and turn your wrist clockwise and counterclockwise. (Remember that when turning, the arm does not move, and the palm drives the wrist to turn. )

Step three, relax and shake hands.

Step 4: Stretch your right arm forward to your chest and make a fist with your palm down. Grasp the right wrist with the left hand and rotate the right hand clockwise and counterclockwise for 5 times. Then change your left hand.

Remember to turn slowly, make a fist and turn hard, no matter how painful it is. And be sure to turn your hand 360 degrees, which is effective. Wrist movement can make the joints of hands and wrists more flexible and make wrists in a relaxed state.

When I was in high school, I was running with my dog one morning, and I was dragged down by my German shepherd. I just hit the ground with my palm and hurt my wrist. It was painful. I went to the hospital and the doctor prescribed me anti-inflammatory painkillers. By the way, just teach me to do this exercise.

I estimate that your pain may be caused by repeating an action for a long time or doing an careless thing. That set of exercises is very useful. Just try it. If not, see a doctor.
