What is Laozi's life like?
Laozi was born in 57 1 year BC and died in 47 1 year BC. His real name is Li Er and his name is Bai Yang. Others call him Lao Dan, a native of Quren, Li Xiang Township, Guxian County, Chu State. According to legend, when I was born, my eyebrows and beard were all white, so I was called Laozi. He has achieved countless things in his life, so what kind of person is he?

Judging from Lao Zi's life, he was a man who ruled by doing nothing. He teaches tirelessly, is a thinker full of love for the world, care for life and incomparable wisdom, and is a great philosopher in the ancient history of China. These characters can be seen in his life and works.

Laozi, the founder of Taoist school, is the author of Tao Te Ching. His ideological proposition is mainly "inaction", and his ideal life is that although he can meet his neighbors and even hear the cock crow, it is best to die of old age. This shows that he is a moderate and advocates a negative response to things.

Laozi emphasized simple dialectics in Tao Te Ching, which means to let nature take its course, not to force it, and to achieve the goal of inaction through inaction. He advocates dialectical attitude and independent critical ability in dealing with everything. I also think that everything is opposite, good and bad, and everything has two sides. It can also be seen from here that Laozi is a very rational person. The essence and simple dialectics of "inaction" and "Tao Te Ching" advocated by Laozi have profound significance and important influence on the development of China's philosophy. Today, Lao Zi is also a celebrity in China and even the world.

In Laozi's view, if people want to live a long life, they must let nature take its course. Because nature develops according to the laws of nature, people must develop naturally if they want to maintain a living organism. Only in this way can we get rid of all diseases and prolong life. In addition, we should also learn to be content, know how to choose and reduce our greed. Greed is endless, and people are tired of pursuing things that don't belong to them, which will make people crazy and dissatisfied. Try to be pure. A quiet life is what one should pursue.

Health care should pay attention to the changes of the four seasons, adjust different diets according to different seasons, adapt to changes in the surrounding environment, and have the ability to adjust emotions. Controlling one's emotions is the core of adapting to nature. People's daily emotions should not fluctuate too much, and they should be calm most of the time. What to drink, what to avoid, and when to lose balance are the basis of health preservation. Pay special attention to personal refreshment. Lao Tzu also believes that people should reduce subjective suspicion.

Of course, calmness should also be the pursuit of people. A gentle attitude will purify one's body. The so-called softness probably means this. A gentle attitude will make people have a baby's light. Laozi's idea of health preservation is nothing more than abstinence, meditation, keeping a positive attitude and sticking to his original heart. At the same time, it should also be the silence of the soul, adhere to purity, and everything grows naturally. Although the world has changed a lot, it will eventually take root. This is silence. It is natural to keep healthy.

Laozi, whose real name is Li Er, was honored as Laozi by later generations. There have been rumors that I was born with a white eyebrow, but this is just a rumor. We don't know if Lao Tzu was really white-browed when he was young.

However, there are several portraits of Lao Tzu when he is old. Looking at those old paintings, we find that:

Lao Tzu's head is round, a crane is thin and his ears are slightly thick; Naturally, since this is a portrait of Laozi when he was old, it must be a wrinkle belonging to the old man alone. However, the portraits in ancient China always pay attention to artistic conception, rather than paying attention to the body as in the west; So I think there is a certain deviation between today's portrait of Laozi and Laozi himself. Zi, since ancient times, has been our honorific title for some highly respected people; Although there are countless people who call Zi, after a long flood and the baptism of time, there are very few sons who can be remembered and admired by future generations. And Lao Tzu is indeed one of them.

Laozi, as the founder of Taoism, was deeply remembered by later generations, and his thoughts were carried forward by later generations. However, there is another saying that Laozi is not actually the founder of Taoism, and Laozi is also an old boy. But in any case, we don't know whether Laozi is the founder of Taoism or not.

However, it is undeniable that Laozi's thoughts have brought benefits to our future generations. His relationship between man and nature has aroused our deep thinking, and his Tao Te Ching is of inestimable literary value.
