How are toxins formed in the body?
From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, toxins in the human body can be divided into two categories: exogenous toxins and endogenous toxins. Exotoxin refers to pathogenic substances from outside the human body, such as air pollution, water pollution, pesticide residues, automobile exhaust and other substances harmful to health. Endotoxin refers to all kinds of wastes produced by the body in metabolism. There are two main reasons for the accumulation of endotoxin in the human body: one is that the toxin itself is ingested too much, and the other is that people are old or some organs are sick, so they cannot excrete toxins in time.

The sources of human endotoxin mainly include the following aspects.

Free radicals. Free radicals are the most harmful internal toxins to the body. It is the product of human oxidation reaction, which is constantly produced. It can also damage protein in human body, leading to cell death or canceration.

Bedroom. Chinese medicine believes that the toxins contained in stool are the source of all diseases. If feces cannot be excreted within 24 hours after delivery, it will rot and deteriorate in the intestine and become a breeding ground for bacteria.

Uric acid. Uric acid is the final product of purine metabolism in cells, which is mainly excreted by the kidney. If uric acid is too much, or it is not discharged smoothly, it will be deposited in human soft tissues or joints, causing joint swelling and deformation.
