5. Starting from further optimizing the layout of pharmacies and facilitating people to buy medicines, it is stipulated that pharmacies should not be set up in basements and buildings above the second floor of non-public commercial facilities, and retail chain pharmacies are not restricted by distance in crowded places such as large commercial centers.
6. In order to improve the supervision efficiency of drug retail enterprises and improve the traceability of drugs, this revision strengthens the provisions on the implementation of information management by enterprises, and clearly requires that drug retail enterprises should establish a computer information management system to carry out information management in the whole process of operation and quality control, and have the conditions to accept electronic supervision and traceability supervision by drug supervision and management departments.
7. Starting from the requirements of the relevant pharmaceutical retail market structure, a series of measures to encourage the chain operation of pharmaceutical retail enterprises are put forward in terms of access standards. On the one hand, it reduces the requirements for the number of chain stores; on the other hand, according to the characteristics of chain stores enjoying logistics, quality management and other resources, it reduces the area requirements of retail chain stores and relaxes the distance restrictions on the layout of chain stores, so that the stores of the same chain enterprise can be free from distance restrictions.
