Therefore, we must first understand the laws of yin and yang. In Huangdi Neijing, there are four methods of yin and yang, that is, four movements and changes of yin and yang. This is the essence. Specific application of yin and yang in health preservation

Take people as an example: men are yang and women are yin; In a person, the front is yang and the back is yin, the upper is yang and the lower is yin, the shape is yang and yin, the five internal organs are yin, and the six internal organs are yang ... Knowing this principle, now we lift our arm, which is yin on the inside and yang on the outside. The meridian running on the inner side is called Yin meridian, and the meridian formed on the outer side is called Yang meridian.

Yang meridian is active, warm and fast-moving, while Yin meridian tends to be static, cold and slow-moving, so the outer side of the arm is mostly muscle, and the fat is mostly accumulated on the inner side.

Just as we usually beat the meridians according to the characteristics of Yin and Yang, the meridians on the outer side of the limbs belong to the Yang meridian, so we can stimulate them by knocking, beating, patting and buckling, while the meridians on the inner side are mostly Yin meridians, so we need to stimulate them by gentle methods such as rubbing, clicking, pushing and caressing. Many people don't understand this truth, thinking that it is good to knock on the meridians, regardless of the yin and yang meridians, knocking on the inner yin meridians is counterproductive. The more you knock, the worse your health and sleep. If you knock on the Yin meridian, it is equivalent to forcing weak women to do heavy work. Then who can stand it?

A friend of mine, Xiaohong, often has swollen legs and feet. I heard that it is kidney deficiency, so it is good to adjust the kidney meridian. If a person with yin deficiency only pays attention to a tonic, regardless of nourishing yin and yang, and eats it indiscriminately as long as it is supplemented, then I will really pinch the sweat for you, and the yin deficiency is full of fire and the internal heat is boiling hot. You don't have to say anything to know the consequences after taking the medicine that tonifies the yang and helps the fire. It's like adding fuel to the fire. If you burn all the fuel of your vitality early, you will be fine.

There is also a friend who has a cold constitution and severe dysmenorrhea. He has seen many Chinese medicine practitioners, but they can't adjust well. Later, when asked, it turned out that he drank cold drinks and ate cold food such as watermelons and pears every day. While driving away the cold, he is making a cold. How can he get better? So after she changed her diet, taking medicine soon took effect.

Therefore, health care should understand yin and yang, when it is time to replenish yin, when it is time to replenish yang. This is the basic method of health care. Mastering this set of rules is equivalent to having the key to the door of health.

For Chinese medicine, Yin and Yang are the fundamental laws of all things, and human diseases cannot surpass this truth. Therefore, if you want to cure the disease, you must first solve the problem from the root of the problem-Yin and Yang. The first law of yin and yang is mutual interaction.

The ancients said that the root of yang lies in yin, and the root of yin lies in yin.

In terms of health care, this is a whole concept. You must have this concept of yin and yang. This is the whole concept of traditional Chinese medicine and a train of thought. If the method is right, you won't go wrong and your illness won't get worse. The disease of yang is not only a problem of yang, but also related to yin. In ancient times, there was a great physician named Zhang Jingyue. He said: I will recite it when I was young, saying, "Those who are good at nourishing yang will seek yang in the shade." People who really know how to treat diseases, see a doctor and keep in good health will be considered as a whole. It's not just a problem of yang that you get yang disease, nor is it just a problem that men are afraid of their wives?

Well, we haven't finished half of this rule. Let's talk about mutual roots first and then interoperability. Interuse means that both sides help each other, promote each other and encourage each other. Young men often have no idea about their lives before marriage, and they are not as cautious as women, and their homes are not clean. His clothes have been washed for a week. Don't laugh. It's all good. I have a friend who was confused before marriage. Then it was different. The clothes are clean and delicious, without wrinkles. Why? Married, with a wife, women are good at this, so men are outside, earning money to support their families, and women are inside, cooking, cooking, washing clothes and taking care of their families. The two complement each other and take care of each other, so that families will be happy. This is interoperability.

For the body, this means that the yin essence in the human body is rising constantly, so that body fluid, water fluid and blood can supply yang, which can play its role in protecting the body, prevent foreign evils from invading the body, hide the yin essence inside without leaking out, and make the yin level and yang dense, so that the body can be healthy. This is the "Yin Pingyang Secret" mentioned in Huangdi Neijing.

The second law of Yin and Yang is the opposite restriction.

As I said before, men are afraid of their wives, and outsiders will say that such men are timid. This is why men are afraid of their wives as a whole. Sometimes women are too strong. In the novel, this kind of woman is described as tall and burly, stronger than men and hot-tempered. Are you afraid of punching and kicking men and touching such wives? This shows that the opposition between yin and yang restricts the fear of women when men are strong, and men will be afraid when women are too strong. "Yin flourishes while Yang declines".

Many women don't understand this truth. She feels that her husband is afraid that she is good for herself. She can be the master at home and make the final decision, so she is proud of it. I didn't know it was a pathological condition. Being male belongs to Yang, that is, you need to be strong to develop your career. Women belong to yin, that is, they need tenderness and consideration to get men's care and protection. But now they are gentle and tough. "When two tigers compete, there must be a wound." At the same time, there are loopholes in a happy life ... If a woman knows Yin and Yang, she will change the status quo, change the "know-how" and do the biggest thing with the least effort. I believe this method will get much better results than the previous method. Why didn't she hear so many divorces earlier? This wisdom is profound.

From the point of view of health, this is very important. When the yang is strong, it is what we usually say that the internal heat is strong, the yang is hot, and the body is always hot. It's like if you keep boiling water, the water will burn less and less. This yin represents the water in the body. When the yang is too strong, the body will have symptoms such as dryness, fever, dry throat and dry eyes. This is yin deficiency.

On the other hand, if it is too strong, Yang will be insufficient. Yin is characterized by cold. If the Yin Qi in the body is too heavy, it will lead to physical dysfunction, insufficient heat production, cold hands and feet, and fear of cold.

How to treat yin deficiency and yang deficiency? Huangdi Neijing puts forward a golden rule: "Cold is hot, and hot is cold." Bing Wang, a medical scientist in the Tang Dynasty, perfected this method into a set of methods, one of which is very good: the master of strong water is to treat yang, benefit the source of fire, eliminate yin stagnation, treat heat syndrome with cold drugs, and regulate cold syndrome with warm drugs.

It is characterized by introversion, quiet, cold, warm and hot, hot water, easy diarrhea, cold hands and feet, mental fatigue, white tongue coating, excessive body fluid, pale or yellowish complexion, easy body edema and slow pulse. Therefore, yoga should add exercises that can stimulate yang.

It is characterized by extroversion, hyperactivity, fear of cold, aversion to temperature and heat, love to drink cold water and ice, love to blow air conditioners, bitter taste, yellow urine, irritability, constipation, dry mouth and throat, red tongue with yellow coating, red complexion and rapid pulse.

People with yang excess and yin deficiency represent water shortage in the body, so there will always be some wonderful internal heat in the body, such as oral ulcer, irritability for no reason, hyperactivity, fever in hands and feet, chest tightness and so on. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the practice of Yin in yoga to improve the balance of Yin and Yang.
