Academician Wu said that mental exercise can prevent brain cells from aging, while physical exercise can delay the process of organ aging. Life lies in exercise. Even at the age of ninety, he still goes to work every day. This is the best exercise.
Academician Wu said that physical examination is an important way to find diseases, and it is more important to prevent them before they happen. Therefore, he has to have a physical examination once a year. He also suggested that everyone should learn more health knowledge, take an active part in physical exercise and strengthen the prevention of diseases.
