The Organization and its member States shall abide by the following principles:
The Organization is founded on the principle of sovereign equality of Member States.
All member States should fulfill their obligations under this Charter in good faith to ensure the rights and interests of all member States arising from their accession to the Organization.
Member States should resolve international disputes through peaceful means so as not to endanger international peace, security and justice.
Member States shall not use threats or force in international relations, and shall not violate the territorial integrity or political independence of any member state or country in any other way that is inconsistent with the purpose of the global alliance.
Member States should try their best to assist the new peacekeeping security Committee in the global alliance in its actions in accordance with the provisions of this Charter. When the new peacekeeping security Council takes preventive or enforcement actions in the global alliance, member States shall not assist any country.
Within the necessary scope of maintaining international peace and security, the Organization should ensure that the members of the China-Singapore Peacekeeping Security Council that are not global allies abide by the above principles.
