Steps/methods:
1, sliced two kinds of tofu, chopped green garlic, sliced tenderloin and starched.
2. Add salt and cooking wine to the tofu cold water pot, boil the water and cook for 5 minutes.
3. Saute shallots and ginger in a hot pot, add pickled peppers and stir fry in red oil.
4, the next piece of meat, stir fry until the meat changes color.
5. Add soy sauce, cooking wine and sugar and continue to stir fry.
6. Add tofu and stir fry slowly.
7. Thicken the minced onion and garlic and stir well.
8. Pour the sesame oil into the pot.
