Experience of Teacher's School-based Training (I)

From August 2/KLOC-0 to August 23, our school organized a three-day school-based training study. This training has various forms, which not only gave me theoretical guidance, improved my basic skills, but also broadened my horizons and made me think more deeply. The specific summary is as follows: 1. Recall the past and show the future.

Several photos carefully prepared by President Tian show the changes and development of our school 1999 in the past 20 years, which not only let more than 30 new teachers know about Xiyuan, but also help them better integrate into this big family. At the same time, it also inspired our old Xiyuan people's love for the school. It can be said that our school has developed from the initial state of "relying on others" and the scale of three classes to the scale of nearly 80 classes in two campuses. All these achievements can not be achieved without the hard work of every leader and teacher in Xiyuan Middle School. We should take concrete actions to make our own contribution to its take-off again.

Second, cultivating students' "core literacy" is the key to education.

Sorting out the training objectives with core literacy can correct the past educational prejudice of "attaching importance to knowledge, neglecting ability and neglecting emotional attitudes and values". The lecture "Smart Teachers with Core Literacy and Student-oriented Classroom" by Mr. Liu, a Chinese researcher in Shushan District, made me understand that the purpose of today's education is no longer to cultivate students' "double-base" ability, that is, basic knowledge and basic ability, but to cultivate them with some necessary characters and key abilities that can meet their lifelong development and social development needs. The formation of core literacy has the characteristics of critical period, and it is difficult to make up for it if it is missed. Therefore, I will actively cultivate students' character and ability, help students realize lifelong development and personal value, and become a guide for students to "temper their character, learn knowledge, innovate their thinking and contribute to the motherland".

Third, keep learning and promote self-professional growth.

By listening to Mr. Cheng's expert lectures from 50 Chinese and Western schools, I have a deeper understanding of how to realize teachers' professional development in the new era. In today's information age, teachers' absolute authority is absent in the past, and teachers' power is gradually weakened or blurred. Students and parents have access to various educational resources and learning resources, and various electronic products and the Internet can help them solve many learning-related problems. Facts have proved that the role of teachers is indeed gradually decreasing, and it often happens that students and parents do not respect teachers, do not understand and do not support their work. Therefore, if our teachers can't realize their professional development and become irreplaceable people, they will certainly fail to keep up with the new requirements of the new era for teachers and will be eliminated. Teacher Cheng's lecture caused me to think about many issues, such as "how can I realize my professional development in the next teaching career" and "what conditions do a professional teacher need". With these questions, I will actively explore and boldly explore in the future teaching practice, and strive to find the answers to these questions as soon as possible. I firmly believe that the process of finding answers is an important way for me to realize my career development.

Fourth, peers help each other and form a joint force.

Director Li's report, entitled "Suggestions on the Construction of Teaching and Research Groups and the Planning of Teaching and Research Activities", initially made me uninterested. The reasons are as follows: First, I feel that as an ordinary teacher, the construction of teaching and research groups and teaching and research activities have little to do with me. Second, I think school-based teaching and research based on planning is too professional. For me, it is "like fog, like rain and like wind", which always makes people "puzzled" But director Li's humorous language style and high academic accomplishment soon infected me and fascinated me in the next lecture. Through his simple explanation, I understand that teachers can really grow into an excellent people's teacher only through professional guidance, peer cooperation and self-reflection strategies. So that I can always maintain a good mentality of working at my "ability limit", and I can constantly see problems that others can't see, and grow into an expert teacher. As an African proverb says: "If you want to walk fast, walk alone, because no one will bother you;" If you want to go far away, go together, because everyone can help each other. Therefore, on the road of teachers' growth, whether we should "walk alone" or "walk together" is the result of our own choice. Through director Li's lecture, I think I found the answer to the question.

Fifth, the mind is all around, and it is accumulated.

Teacher Li of Chinese and Western schools thinks reading is very important for the growth of teachers. As the saying goes, "the accumulation of soil makes mountains, storms, water drops and stones wear out, and dragons make dragons." . She stressed that only through constant reading can we "write like a god" and achieve "thick accumulation and thin hair". Through the story of teacher Li's personal experience in education and teaching, as well as the examples of class management, education and changing students, I know how to be a teacher with feelings, knowledge and wisdom.

In short, this school-based training and study has benefited me a lot. In the future personal education and class management, I will plan carefully, practice actively, reflect constantly, always keep an "empty cup" mentality, and constantly strengthen the study of education and teaching theory and related professional courses. I am convinced that in the near future, I will make great progress in my major, realize my personal value and become a good teacher trusted by school leaders, peers, parents and students.

Experience of Teachers' School-based Training (Ⅱ)

On August 2 1 day, facing the early morning sunshine, I set off and went to Xiyuan Middle School in Hefei to attend the summer school-based training. Pushing open the door of the multimedia classroom on the second floor, there are already many teachers sitting inside. Soon, one by one, the multimedia room was crowded with people! Wow, it's really Shushan, with a lot of people, about 300 people. This is the charm I first felt, the brand strength of Xiyuan Middle School. Suddenly I feel proud and honored to join such a team, and I feel honored to learn from many experienced leaders and colleagues. The training in the next three days made me gain a lot and benefited a lot. Thank the school leaders for providing me with such an opportunity and platform for learning. Let me talk about my own feelings and gains from this training. First of all, President Cao made an opening speech on the significance of this training, which made me clear the importance of training to teachers, laid a good foundation for the next training, and let me reflect while learning during the training. Training provides a good opportunity for teachers to recharge, so that they can grow and improve themselves. The needs of the times and the new curriculum reform require us to become new research-oriented and intelligent teachers, and training is also the need of teachers' professional development, which urges me to make continuous progress and growth. As a teacher, we should not only have solid professional knowledge, but also be a person who understands love. Tian Weiping, vice president of Xiyuan Middle School, told us how to embody the word love in education in strengthening the construction of teachers' morality and style. He said, "A teacher who understands love must have empathy; A teacher who knows love must learn to look for the advantages of children ",which tells us to use" encouragement, praise and criticism "appropriately to be a qualified teacher who knows love, teaching methods and knowledge.

In order to make teachers have different gains in this training, President Cao specially invited experts and scholars to give us a special report. In the afternoon, Liu Wenfen, a researcher in Shushan District, Hefei City, gave me a lecture on "Smart Teachers and Student-oriented Classrooms with Core Literacy", which made me relive the teacher's initial intention: to teach and educate people, and to make clear what the core literacy of the subject is. Let me learn the necessary character and key ability that I should have, which can meet the needs of lifelong development and social development. Under the core literacy, I should be a wise teacher. Teachers should cultivate students' moral character and moral quality, be the guide for students to temper their quality, learn knowledge and innovate their thinking. At the same time, the student-oriented classroom requires us to understand the learning situation, take students as the center, teach at different levels, and highly respect students. Teacher Liu also showed how to carry out classroom teaching in the spirit of curriculum reform, mainly taking students as the main body, allowing students to observe, think, express, start work and summarize themselves and draw conclusions. Mr. Liu's dedicated teaching and research spirit and profound understanding of the teaching profession are worthy of my good study and continuous research and reflection in daily teaching, which left a deep impression on me.

On the morning of August 22nd, Mr. Cheng, director of the Teaching and Research Department of the West School Education Group of Hefei No.50 Middle School, gave a lecture on "Teachers' Professional Development under New Times and Challenges", from "A Road to Teachers' Growth" to "How to Develop Teachers in the Face of Challenges and Opportunities". Her personal experience tells us that "opportunities are always reserved for those who are prepared". If you want to be a professional teacher, you must work hard and study hard. Seize all kinds of learning opportunities, keep thinking ahead, improve personal core literacy and become an excellent teacher in the new era. In the afternoon, Li Deshan, director of district teaching and research and president of Hefei No.17 Middle School, pointed out in "Suggestions on the Construction of Teaching and Research Groups and the Planning of Teaching and Research Activities" that the development of schools must strengthen the construction of teaching and research groups and give full play to the power of collective lesson preparation, and teachers should not fight alone. Teachers need to seek peer cooperation and self-reflection, and teachers should have the ability to "make questions and say". On the third day of training, Li Mei, an outstanding teacher of Hefei Fifty Chinese and Western Schools Education Group, wrote "The accumulation of soil makes a mountain, and the storm thrives; Water drops make a sea, and the horned dragon's understanding of Chinese teaching made me understand the power of reading. Books can cultivate sentiment, accumulate knowledge, be a conscientious person in life and study, accumulate bit by bit, record at will, and accumulate into a book over time. Teacher Li Mei's humorous speech made the venue burst into cheerful laughter from time to time. This is also an ability that makes me think deeply: how can I become such a teacher? Let students really fall in love with this subject and learn more knowledge outside books.

Although the training lasted only three days, I gained a lot, which made me think deeply about how to plan, how to practice my teaching ideas, how to improve my professional level while teaching and so on. Thanks to Xiyuan Middle School for providing me with such a learning platform, I will always urge myself to enhance my teaching awareness and improve my teaching level. Make contributions to the big family of Xiyuan, regard teaching as your own career, and devote yourself to education and teaching.

Teachers' School-based Training Experience (3)

Through training, I further determined my direction and found a compass for my future work. 1. Lifelong learning, not only to improve their professional knowledge, but also to learn more aspects, such as pedagogy, psychology, curriculum reform ideas and so on. At the same time, we should learn to do things and communicate with others. Teachers are engaged in the work of dealing with people, if they can be good at observation, research and thinking; Deal with the relationship with students, parents and colleagues, so relatively speaking, you will be more handy at work.

2. To enhance personal charm, as a teacher, students should first like you, like to listen to your class, and then like to listen to your guidance. This requires the continuous improvement of personal charm, a peaceful and elegant attitude in the accumulation of experience, and the trust of students in the process of getting along with students. Books are teachers. Read more books, improve yourself, reflect on yourself in practice and be an excellent people's teacher.

2. Love students, no matter what students do, you should be sincere, care about students, be considerate and understand them. Make students feel that you have always loved them. Sincerity can be a mirror or an invincible weapon. In addition to sincerity, how to impress students and teenagers of playboy age and gain their trust? In my teaching career, I will resolutely go on with my love for students' career.

3. Constantly reflect, if you want to constantly improve your teaching level from your work, you will lose this link; Constantly reflect and improve. There is no teaching profession, only better. Through continuous reflection and accumulation, we can gain our own experience and methods, and deepen this method into theory, which is the realm of being a teacher.
