800㏄ plain soybean milk, 50g cashew nuts, 30g lotus seeds, 30g chestnuts, 30g coix seed, water 1000㏄ and rock sugar150g.
1. Wash cashew nuts, lotus seeds, chestnuts and coix seed, put them in an inner pot, add 1000㏄ water, and put them in an electric pot to cook.
2. Pour all the formula 1 into the juicer, add the original soy milk, and stir together to form slurry.
3. Pour method 2 into the pot, add rock sugar and cook until the rock sugar dissolves.
