What are the measures to reduce the prestress loss caused by pipeline friction in the construction of post-tensioned concrete members?
1. Improve the processing quality of corrugated pipe and make the connection smooth.

2. Bellows shall be positioned accurately and carefully, and shall not be bruised.

3. Before threading the cable, use a high-power air compressor to blow off the dust and sand in the pipeline.

4. If the quality control is strict, the ground should be covered with striped cloth or health care cloth before the steel strand passes through the beam, so as to minimize the dirt and gravel scraped when the anchor cable enters the pipeline. (Many construction units ignore this point)

5. Generally, members larger than 25m are symmetrically tensioned at both ends.

The above are the main points of our actual construction control. Please correct the deficiencies. thank you

Remarks: Don't think about adding lubricating oil. Oh, that's the outer rope method, and the inner rope needs grouting.
