Zhang Xichun Jieyu Shengshen Decoction for chest distress, qi deficiency and hypochondriac pain.
I have introduced Shengxian decoction before, which is a prescription for treating atmospheric subsidence. For details of atmospheric deposition, please refer to the following two articles:

I feel suffocated in my chest, unable to breathe, unable to breathe, and bored all over. Let's know about this prescription.

Shortness of breath is not enough to rest. Is it "atmospheric deposition" or "neutral deposition"? Let's take another look.

To talk about the theory of depression and rising depression soup, we must introduce atmospheric subsidence, and then briefly introduce atmospheric subsidence.

What are the symptoms of atmospheric deposition? I feel chest tightness, shortness of breath, poor breathing, weakness, too lazy to talk and don't want to move. Or there are some complications, such as cold and fever, dry throat and thirst, fullness and palpitation, forgetfulness and so on. Pulse is slow and weak, especially before closing the door. Severe pulse condition is incomplete or discordant. When the atmosphere sinks to the extreme, there will be a gap in the lower abdomen and pain will occur.

Li Yu Sheng Xian Tang is an addition and subtraction prescription based on Sheng Xian Tang, aiming at the situation of depression of the atmosphere in the chest, qi stagnation and blood stasis, and obstruction of meridians.

In order to prevent the prescription from being proved, only the components are listed: Radix Astragali, Rhizoma Anemarrhenae, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Ramulus Cinnamomi, Radix Bupleuri, Olibanum and Myrrha. If the flank is swollen or painful, add raw keel and raw oysters; If the abdomen drops less, Cimicifuga needs to be added.

Shengxian Decoction consists of Radix Astragali, Rhizoma Anemarrhenae, Radix Bupleuri, Radix Platycodi and Cimicifuga rhizome. It is worth mentioning that Li Yu Sheng Xian Tang is the top of Guizhi. The tip of Guizhi is actually Guizhi, just a branch tip of Guizhi. Soak it a little and moisten it until it is completely dry and sliced. Zhang Xichun mentioned: Guizhi is strong, which can lead viscera and qi to ascend, but it is good at descending yin qi. Zhang Zhongjing used Gui Ling Shugan Decoction to treat shortness of breath, and made use of the characteristic that Guizhi can replenish qi. Guizhi and Guitang can cure dolphins, which is based on Guizhi's ability to reduce adverse qi.

Analogy is widely used in traditional Chinese medicine, which has a corresponding effect on external characteristics such as appearance, texture and color, such as flowers being good at relieving depression and vines being good at relaxing tendons; Chrysanthemum and mulberry leaves are lighter in weight and are mostly used for coking; The keel and oyster mentioned below are relatively heavy and used in the lower coke. Guizhi is a branch, straight and not drooping. Its color is red, the five elements belong to fire, and its nature is warm, so it can lead to air-entraining and sinking. In the aspect of calming the liver, Guizhi is calm and pungent, and the five elements correspond to Jin, Jin Kemu and Guizhi, which are good at calming the liver, and Guizhi can lower the qi of the liver. Good at ascending and descending, Zhang Xichun called Ramulus Cinnamomi "the only medicine" for the case of atmospheric subsidence and asthma in the early stage, but he was not satisfied.

At the same time, Zhang Xichun added keel and oyster, which are convergent products. Keels and oysters converge healthy qi but not evil qi, while healthy qi converges and evil qi benefits. Liver is responsible for hypochondriac part, and hypochondriac swelling and pain is caused by liver qi. If you use liver-clearing drugs, I'm afraid it's not good for atmospheric subsidence. When keel and oyster are used to restrain liver fire, the state of liver qi will change, which is called "convergence like diarrhea". In addition, supplementing qi with astragalus is easy to make people feel flatulence, so it is not suitable for use. However, with the convergence of keel and oyster, the expansion force of astragalus can be contracted. Zhang Xichun said, "You can use it boldly, without hindrance".

A Ceng Zhi woman in her thirties, Zhang Xichun. Chest tightness, sometimes pain, burning nose and frequent thirst. The patient's own confession may be caused by overwork for a few days after delivery. Zhang Xichun felt his pulse slowly and feebly, but he thought for a long time and couldn't get the result. He temporarily used raw yam to nourish body fluid, chicken's gizzard-membrane and dried tangerine peel to relieve chest pain, and suddenly felt a cold and fever after eating it. If you feel the pulse again, you will feel more powerless and know that the woman's qi is stagnant. So I learned about Yushengyu decoction, and one dose was all gone, and four doses were all fine.

There is also a girl 15 years old. There is a lump on the left side under the navel. It hurts when it falls heavily, and it hurts when it is attached to the waist. The waist also falls from time to time and groans. In severe cases, I feel that I can't pee, but it is actually very useful. The pulse is small and heavy. The patient claimed to have difficulty urinating. He works hard when he urinates. At first, his waist fell down, and then he had this lump. The lump was soft when it was knotted, and then it became harder and harder. At four o'clock every night, the pain gets worse, and then it gets lighter at four o'clock in the morning. Zhang Xichun believes that it is because the little girl used too much force when urinating, and the gas from the upper focus sank into the lower focus and stagnated. Prescription Li Yu Sheng Xian Tang, increase the dosage of frankincense and myrrh, and add salvia miltiorrhiza and Cimicifuga rhizome. The fall and pain were cured. After adding and subtracting several doses, the pain disappeared.

Medical record of Li Yu Sheng Xian Tang Longgu Oyster Decoction. I also treated a woman who didn't have her period for two months. Sometimes it's cold and sometimes it's hot, and it hurts under the ribs. The pulse is particularly weak and numerous, sometimes beating six times between breaths. The so-called "six breaths at a time", normal people breathe four or five times at a time. Patients are often short of breath, so they prescribe Li Yusheng Xiantang and Longgu Oyster Soup. Pulse number, add Radix Scrophulariae, Radix Rehmanniae and Radix Paeoniae Alba, and take four doses continuously. Women's hypochondriac ribs are open, blood stasis is descending, and the color is purple and black. Since then, her menstruation has been adjusted, and all her illnesses have recovered. Zhang Xichun believes that this is the use of keels and oysters, although they are astringent.
