What sub-libraries does SinoMed include?
China Biomedical Document Service System (SinoMed) was developed by Institute/Library of Medical Information, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences. Includes the following sub-libraries:

(1) China Biomedical Literature Database (CBM): It contains more than 600 domestic biomedical journals1since 1978, as well as more than 7.7 million bibliographies of edited papers and conference papers, all of which adopt standardized subject indexing and classified indexing methods. More than 400,000 documents are added every year and updated once a month. Some papers can be directly linked to the full-text database of VIP Chinese sci-tech journals to obtain the full text.

(2) China Medical Popular Science Literature Database: It contains nearly 100 medical popular science journals published in China since 2000, with a total of nearly 250,000 articles, focusing on medical health-related contents such as medical care, mental health, reproductive health, exercise and fitness, medical beauty, marriage and family, food nutrition, etc. Updated monthly. You can browse the full text.

(3) Peking Union Medical College Doctoral and Master's Degree Thesis Library: It contains more than 9,700 doctoral and master's degree theses cultivated since Peking Union Medical College 198 1, covering medical, pharmaceutical and other related professional fields, with cutting-edge and rich contents, and the full text can be browsed online. Updated quarterly. You can browse and download summary information online. Click on the title page "original reading" to read the full text online. Tip: The full text is not available for download!

(4) Western Biomedical Literature Database (WBM): It contains more than 22.86 million titles of more than 7,200 important biomedical journals published all over the world, including more than 4,800 journals and more than 2,400 free journals in the Library of Union Medical College. Some periodicals can be traced back to the founding year, which fully embodies the long and rich historical collection of Concord Library. More than 600,000 documents are added every year and updated once a month.

(5) English Collection Abstracts Database: It contains more than 240 kinds of biomedical collections, collections and various reference books from which a single document can be separated, with a literature volume of more than 38,700. The content of the report is mainly the latest published literature, some of which can be traced back to 2000. Updated monthly.

(6) English conference summary database: It contains more than 60 kinds of biomedical academic conference documents from major associations and publishing institutions around the world since 2000, and some of them have a little backtracking, totaling more than 16540. Updated monthly.

(7) Russian Biomedical Literature Database: It contains more than 30 important Russian biomedical academic journals published in Russia since 1995. Some journals have a small amount of backtracking, and the literature volume exceeds 10420. Updated monthly.

(8) Japanese Biomedical Literature Database: It contains more than 90 important Japanese biomedical academic journals published since 1995, and some journals have a small amount of backtracking, with a literature volume of more than 76,240. Updated monthly.
