What methods do you often stick to in fitness exercise?
Walking or cycling to work in the morning, relying too much on private cars will make us lazy. In the evening, we will start doing push-ups and sit-ups five minutes after dinner. If we don't want to do push-ups and sit-ups, we can also go to a fun run with our friends. We must have three meals a day, because I think three meals a day is good for our health.
