Li Wei's six-character formula
Li Wei's six-character formula is based on the different pronunciations of six words: moo, ha, Hu, Shu, Chui and Xi.

Six-character formula, also known as six-character qi formula, is a traditional fitness method with breathing as the main means. The six-character formula of the "new exercise series of health qigong" compiled by the Health Qigong Management Center of the State General Administration of Sport of China regulates the rise and fall of breath in the body through a specific pronunciation mode, and forms six specific breathing methods corresponding to liver, heart, spleen, lung, kidney and triple energizer respectively, thus achieving the function of adjusting the balance of viscera and qi, which is unique.

The new technique is generous, gentle, easy to learn, easy to remember, easy to practice, safe and reliable, and suitable for all kinds of people to practice.

How to practice the six-character formula alone

There are two ways to practice alone. The first way is to practice according to the situation of visceral diseases. For example, if the liver is sick, you can practice hissing or more, if the kidney is sick, you can practice blowing or more, if the spleen is sick, you can practice snoring or more, and so on. The second method is to exercise according to different seasons of the year. For example, spring, practice hissing, summer, autumn and winter.

It should be noted that no matter which method is used to practice monosyllabic sounds, after practicing monosyllabic sounds, you should practice nothing but tactics of learning Chinese characters, or both. The reason is that nothing leads to the spleen and stomach, which is the foundation of the day after tomorrow, and can irrigate the four dirty organs, while learning words leads to the triple energizer, which is the passage of qi, and can make qi circulate throughout the body.
