When inhaling, the breath is particularly full, the swollen abdomen hurts, and the ribs also hurt, all the way to the middle. The lower back is swollen, too. Both hands seem to have an air mass.

Then I started to feel nauseous. I quickly stopped and changed the first pile, but I couldn't stop vomiting, so I quickly called it a day and went to the bathroom to retch for a while, but I didn't spit anything out. When I did the second one the day before yesterday, I started to have a strong gastrointestinal peristalsis, and later I felt sick.

Although the digestive function of my stomach is ok now, the problem is actually quite serious. I do gastroscopy observation every year, and I suspect that I am a gastric lymphoma. The test index has been at the critical point of lymphatic hyperplasia, and I didn't wear a hat at last. I also have moderate intestinal metaplasia, atrophic gastritis and a little gastric ulcer. It seems that doing the second kind of nausea is really a problem of fundamentally adjusting my stomach.

There is also a feeling when doing the second kind of pile, that is, when inhaling, the rolled tail seems to be loosened, and when exhaling, it is rolled up again. Is this feeling right?

At 4: 40 in the morning, I stood on the pile for two hours. The first hour of music seems very short. The next hour, I was too hungry to stand up. I stood and swayed for a while, and the construction began in the last ten minutes. I stood on the post for an hour in the afternoon. Very quiet, hot feet, hot feet and waist. Very comfortable. I feel that abdominal breathing has spread my ribs. The day before yesterday, I only paved the lower edge of ribs. April 17.

Stand for two hours in the morning. Stand still for the first hour and stand by for the next 40 minutes. Work in the last 30 minutes. I found that the breath of dynamic exercise was particularly strong. Every time you inhale, your whole ribs are full and quiet, and you enter a trance state. When inhaling, the pores on the head rise at first, and when exhaling, the springs on the feet are hot. I find the effect of dynamic exercise really amazing.

April 18.

Standing on the stake for two hours and ten minutes in the morning. Stand for an hour and a half in the first position. Very relaxed, also very quiet, for a period of time into a trance. When I finished my work, I felt good. Move the power supply about 100 times, nearly 40 minutes. I've been in a trance. After work, I still feel scalp numbness and fever at Yongquan point. The work has been collected three times, but it seems that it has not been recovered yet. I collected it several times before I managed to hold my breath.

I stood for an hour in the afternoon, and I did the second style for 20 minutes. My waist hurt a little, so I changed to the first style. Do exercises in the last ten minutes. I went out to work at noon today and didn't take a nap. I stood in the afternoon.

April 19.

Stand for two hours in the morning. Do exercises in the last 20 minutes. It's quieter Inguinal fever

Standing piles for one hour in the afternoon, mainly in the second style. Finally, I moved for ten minutes. The second type is easier to do. Breathe slowly and breathe slowly, and the breath is still full. It took 40 minutes.

April 20(th)

It feels very warm, as if something is slowly flowing in it, and it feels very comfortable. It's really an honor. After standing for 30 minutes, my knee hurts a little. When I looked down, my feet turned out. I quickly straightened them and my knees were loose. After standing for 10 minutes, I began to sweat all over, and I finished my work. Do 50 moves in the last 20 minutes. I found that dynamic exercise has a great response to the stomach and intestines are very peristalsis.

Stand for two hours in the morning. Standing alone for an hour before, I was more relaxed and natural. Later, my back ached and my legs ached. Instead, I stood by and immediately felt comfortable and stood for another 40 minutes. Always breathing in the abdomen. Do exercises in the last 20 minutes. There is no pain on both sides of the forefoot today.

Stand for an hour in the afternoon. There is a palm-sized skin on the right thigh. I used to be numb for a long time and didn't feel anything. Today, I have a needle-like pain, as if there are countless small needles stuck.

In addition, I found that my ankle has obviously gained a lot of meat, and my skin is tight and my meat is solid. I used to have thin ankles, loose skin and no meat. This change really surprised me. No wonder my legs and feet are so energetic now.

April 26(th)

Stand for an hour and a half in the morning. Today, the position of the pile is different. I'm standing in Long Mai Hot Springs in Xiaotangshan Sanatorium. It feels very different. I feel that the gas field here is particularly strong. Every time I breathe in my abdomen, my abdomen is full, from Xiadantian to Zhongdiantian. Behind the sun, the air is fresh, frogs and birds are singing. Being in such an environment is a kind of enjoyment in itself.

In the afternoon, I stood in Long Mai Hot Springs for an hour. Still basking in the warm sun behind me, I feel very relaxed, and my whole body has no focus, only the feeling of exerting strength at my neck and feet. Hugging nature tightly and standing in the middle of nature is really a wonderful enjoyment.

April 27(th)

Standing indoors for 35 minutes in the morning, listening to the newly recorded bowl massage, I feel very quiet, my groin sides are hot, I have no stress points, and I am very relaxed. It's time for dinner at eight o'clock. I really don't want to accept this job, but I have no choice but to reluctantly accept it.

After finishing my work, I feel some pain in my waist. I don't know if my posture is a little oppressive to my waist, or what's going on?

Stand for an hour and a half in the morning. Still working in the hot springs in Long Mai for an hour and a half. Sneezing and runny nose can't stop. It may be stimulated by catkins.

April 30(th)

Stand for two hours in the morning. Still listening to the sound of the pensieve, single station and leaning station alternate. I stood for an hour and a half more easily, and it was quiet. Do exercises in the last 30 minutes.

The feeling of standing on the pile this morning is that exhaustion is swept away and blood is full of life.

Today, I found the cause of my pain at the door of life. I looked in the mirror on my side. It turns out that my abdomen is protruding forward. The body is completely upright. It feels forward, but the body is straight, which is an illusion. Stand like this, and your life will be painless.

When I was standing on the pile these two days, the palm-sized part of the outer side of my right thigh, which had been numb for a long time, began to heat up and occasionally felt like a needle. This is a very good phenomenon. I'm afraid this numb muscle will recover.

Standing by the door for half an hour in the afternoon, listening to the sound of the meditation bowl. I have been standing on the pile for three months, and now I like standing by the door gradually. I used to feel breathless when I couldn't turn my hips normally, but now I feel comfortable standing next to it.

When I was standing alone, I felt full of gas in my abdomen and my ribs were open, so I did the second style, about five or six minutes. I didn't feel so plump, so I changed my first style. The last 20 minutes standing by the door was very comfortable, and it felt like lying in bed. I didn't want to accept it then, so I changed to an independent channel, which was also very comfortable.

I felt a stomachache when I stood in the middle of the pile today, and I had it several times a few days ago. It seems that the anger has rushed to the point. In addition, there are several acupuncture-like pains in the numb place on the outside of the right thigh.

Today is the 93rd day of piling, and there are 7 days before the foundation is completed on 100.

May 2(nd)

I stood for an hour and a half at six in the morning, and I stood for the first time an hour ago. I'm uncomfortable standing alone. Maybe it's because I went to bed too late last night. After doing exercise for 30 minutes, I feel a little sleepy. I have been listening to a bowl massage with headphones this morning, and the effect is really good.

After standing on the pile, I feel extremely relaxed in my legs and feet, and I have never gone into battle lightly.

Today, when I saw the crowd talking about standing piles, my grip strength increased. I tried to shake my fist, too. Sure enough, my grip strength is much bigger than before.

I stood in the high-speed rail waiting room for half an hour at 2 pm.

It's long summer today, standing on the pile for 20 minutes in the morning 1 hour, including 20 minutes of work. I didn't listen to music today. I stood still and felt fine. I just can't relax completely. Standing at the last pass of life, a burst of warmth.

Stand for two hours in the morning. The first style and the second style each spent half their time, doing it easily and thinking about Buddha quietly. Stomach peristalsis burps, and local numbness and tingling in the right thigh. Finally, I stood for a while, feeling very comfortable and my life was hot. An hour and a half, the feeling passed quickly. Finally, I practiced for 20 minutes, and I felt very angry.

Stand for an hour in the afternoon. The first type and the second type alternate. Work until the last ten minutes. Standing on the pile for an hour in the afternoon, I sweated a lot, especially my neck, dripping down my hair and my clothes were wet. Dry it quickly after work, and then put on dry clothes.

Today is the hundredth day of piling, and the foundation is completed in one hundred days. Ma Lao wrote in the book: Three months, stand up, this is the way.

100 day piling is completed. I stood in front of the magical Ma Lao Gong Zhuang, gently pushed the door open with my hand and stepped in with my foot. There is a golden light in front of me, and the vast road is unfolding ahead, waiting for me for a long time.
