Lily Ophiopogon Decoction: Tonifying the spleen and stomach, nourishing yin and calming the nerves
Materials: lily 25g, Ophiopogon japonicus 15g, pork tripe 100g, salt 3g and monosodium glutamate 2g.

Practice wash lily and Ophiopogon japonicus and remove impurities. First, wash the pork belly, slice it, put it in a casserole, add appropriate amount of water, and cook for 30 minutes on high fire. Add Lily, Ophiopogon japonicus and salt, cook for 15 minutes, and add monosodium glutamate to serve.

Take it every day.

Lily is slightly cold in nature and sweet in taste, and enters the heart and lung meridians.

Food compatibility should not be eaten with carp and crucian carp. Do not use it for phlegm-dampness with excess heat, loose stool, and decreased kidney yang.
