1, make a fist, and then stretch your fingers one by one, stretching back as far as possible and forming a fan.
2. Pull each finger of the other hand with one hand, and pull the two hands alternately.
3. Open your hands and bend your left thumb first. The left and right hands bend the other finger at the same time, and so on until the left hand makes a fist. Then start with the little finger and loosen your fingers with both hands at the same time until your hands are completely open. The above is once and can be repeated several times. Proper finger movement is a good emergency plan.
