Advanced students can slowly switch to not eating after noon (eating time is 5: 00 am-65438+0: 00 pm), starting from not eating one day a week, and then adjusting after four consecutive weeks. In seven months at the latest, they can gradually get used to not eating after noon.

When you don't eat after noon for one month in a row, you can stop for five days, then stop for five days after noon for two months, and so on, until you don't eat after noon for five months in a row, and then rest for five days. After the above adjustment process, you can stabilize the habit of not eating after noon.

The dietary pattern of professional practitioners can be changed from not eating after noon to eating at noon (the eating time is from 1 1: 00 in the morning to 1: 00 in the afternoon), and the lunch time is gradually shortened (from 12: 20 to 1: 00 in the afternoon). The purpose of shortening time is not to eat too much food, that is, although a meal is the amount of one meal, it is not the amount of three meals.

This is a poem that sympathizes with Buddhist disciples from the heart.
