Ingredients: pig's trotters 1 each, chicken legs 1 each, 80g of soybeans, clear water 1000ml, medlar 1 spoon, a little pepper, 2 aniseed, a little cooking wine, 2 onions, 4 slices of ginger and a proper amount of salt.
