What is triple energizer in TCM?
Seeing this, some friends may want to ask. Isn't your topic talking about three exchanges? Why did you start talking about six fu organs? You title party! Asking this question just shows that you don't understand the six internal organs. Let's take a look at the six fu-organs of traditional Chinese medicine: gallbladder, stomach, small intestine, large intestine, bladder and triple energizer. What about triple energizer? That's where it came from Presumably, many people have never heard of Sanjiao and don't know much about it, so let's talk about what Sanjiao is.

Sanjiao, one of the six fu organs, is the general name of the upper, middle and lower sanjiao. Physicians in past dynasties have different understandings of the meaning of the word "Jiao".

Some people think that "coke" is regarded as "abscess", which is internal organs and tangible things; Some people think that the word "coke" is an invisible gas of fire, which can corrupt changes; Some people think that the word "jiao" is the word "chai", which means firewood, mallet and joint, and refers to the upper, middle and lower three sections or three regions of the human body. Sanjiao is a unique term in the theory of Tibetan image in traditional Chinese medicine, and it is one of the six fu organs. It is located in the cavity between human body and viscera, including chest and abdominal cavity. Other organs of the human body are all in it, which is a general term for upper coke, middle coke and lower coke.

That is, the trunk is divided into three parts: the internal organs above the diaphragm are the upper jiao, including the heart and lungs; The viscera from the diaphragm down to the umbilicus is the middle jiao, including spleen, stomach, gallbladder and other viscera; The viscera below the umbilicus is the lower jiao, including kidney, large intestine, small intestine and bladder. Among them, the liver, according to its location, should be classified as the middle jiao, but because of its close relationship with the kidney, the liver and kidney are classified as the lower jiao together. The function of triple energizer is actually the sum of all the functions of the internal organs.

Because the concept of zang-fu organs is different from the concept of dissecting zang-fu organs, it cannot be generalized. In traditional Chinese medicine, triple energizer is classified as fu-organ, which is not only based on anatomy, but also a functional system based on the relationship between physiological and pathological phenomena.

Then let's look at the function of this system.

First, pass on vitality.

It was first seen in difficult classics. Thirty-one is hard to say: "Three jiao, the way of Shui Gu, the end of qi." Thirty-eight is hard to say: "Therefore, there are six fu organs, which are called triple energizer, which are different from the original qi and dominate the qi." Sixty-six is hard to say: "The triple energizer is also different from the primordial energy, which governs the three qi and experiences the five internal organs." The original text clearly shows that the triple energizer is the way for the vitality of the human body to rise and fall, and the vitality of the human body reaches the internal organs and various parts of the body through the triple energizer.

Second, gu. The whole process of Shui Gu's movement and ending of qi in human body, including the digestion of diet, the absorption of subtle substances and the excretion of dregs, can be summarized by "Shui Gu Road, for the triple energizer". And according to the different parts of the upper, middle and lower triple energizer, its role in the operation of Shui Gu is different, but there are

Pay attention to the top of the coke; The middle coke is mainly decomposed; The lower coke is clear and turbid, and the lower coke is the main one. This is to summarize the functions of digestion, absorption and excretion of food and beverage by running Shui Gu through triple energizer.

Thirdly, the operation of water-liquid triple coke is the main channel of water-liquid operation of human body. Water-liquid metabolism of human body is a complex physiological process, which is a comprehensive function of a series of physiological functions of multiple organs. Although the metabolism of water and liquid is coordinated by the stomach, spleen, lung, kidney, intestine, bladder and other viscera, the fluctuation of water and liquid and the circulation of the whole body must be realized through the triple energizer. Therefore, whether the three-way waterway is unblocked or not will not only affect the slow running speed of water and liquid, but also inevitably affect the distribution and excretion function of related viscera.

It can also be said that triple energizer running water is a comprehensive summary of water-liquid metabolism of spleen, lung and kidney. If the triple energizer waterway is unfavorable, it will be difficult for the spleen, lungs, kidneys and other zang-fu organs to regulate water and fluid, resulting in disorder of water and fluid metabolism, obstruction of water and fluid transport and excretion, and phlegm and edema. As "Jing Zangxiang" said: "The upper focus is not healed, and the water overflows the plateau; If the coke in the middle is not solidified, water will stay in the middle; The lower coke is not cured and the water is chaotic. "

Of course, the triple energizer is a whole and can also be divided into individuals. Upper coke is responsible for receiving Shui Gu, middle coke is responsible for decomposing Shui Gu, and lower coke is responsible for excreting two stools. Therefore, when epidemic febrile diseases attack triple energizer, it will affect the process of Shui Gu's acceptance, decomposition and excretion, thus producing some heat syndromes. Syndrome of upper energizer. The clinical manifestations of upper energizer syndrome are fever, slight aversion to wind-cold, spontaneous sweating, thirst, cough, high fever in the afternoon, rapid pulse or only two inches.

Epidemic febrile diseases enter through the nose and mouth, and the nose passes through the lungs, so the symptoms of lung protection from evil appeared in the early stage of epidemic febrile diseases. There are two conduction trends after warm pathogenic factors enter the lung: one is that pathogenic factors are transmitted from the upper jiao to the middle jiao, resulting in spleen-stomach meridian syndrome; The other is reverse transmission, which spreads from lung to pericardium, resulting in the syndrome of evil trapping in pericardium (see heat entering pericardium syndrome).

Moderate coke syndrome.

The clinical manifestations of middle-jiao syndrome are Yangming dryness and heat, red face and red eyes, fever, heavy breathing, constipation and abdominal pain, dry mouth and throat, cleft lip and scorched tongue, yellow or dark fur and heavy pulse; When the Taiyin is damp and hot, the complexion is sallow, the head is swollen and the body is heavy, the chest tightness is not hungry, the body is not warm, the urination is unfavorable, the stool is irregular or thin, the tongue coating is yellow and greasy, and the pulse is rapid. Epidemic febrile diseases spread to middle energizer, showing spleen-stomach syndrome. The stomach likes dampness and hates dryness, and pathogenic qi enters the middle energizer and turns to dryness, so there is a syndrome of dryness and heat in Yangming meridian (stomach and large intestine); Spleen likes dryness and hates dampness, and pathogenic qi enters the middle energizer and turns to dampness, which shows Taiyin (spleen) damp-heat syndrome.

Lower energizer syndrome.

The clinical manifestations are body heat, red face, hand and foot heart heat more than the back of the hand, dry mouth, fatigue, deafness and weak pulse; Or hands and feet peristalsis, heart pounding, mental fatigue, pulse deficiency, red tongue with little fur and even want to take it off from time to time. Prescriptions for nourishing yin and suppressing yang include Jiawei Fumai Decoction and Sanjia Fumai Decoction. Pathogenic febrile diseases go deep into the lower energizer, mostly due to yin injury of liver and kidney.

Regarding the maintenance of Sanjiao, I suggest you eat more pasta. If you don't like pasta, you can also eat rice. Sweet in taste and flat in nature, it is suitable for all meridians except spleen, stomach, large intestine, small intestine and bladder meridian, so it is also suitable for triple energizer meridian.

Rice can cook with mung beans to clear heat and detoxify, and rice can also cook with ginger to dispel cold, which can relieve dysmenorrhea and colds in women. The twelve meridians followed the route for twelve hours, and the Sanjiaojing was the last stop. It's 9: 00 p.m. to 1 1 p.m., so everyone must keep calm, and don't be angry, ecstatic or sad before going to bed.
