Yam and mushroom soup

Raw materials:

50g of yam, 50g of mushroom, 0g of soybean 1 00g, and 0g of ginger1tablet.

Exercise:

Boil some water and add all the ingredients. Turn to medium heat and cook for about 2 hours, then add seasoning.

Protein milk crucian carp soup

Raw materials:

400g of crucian carp, 250g of fresh milk, 2 egg whites and 2 slices of ginger.

Exercise:

Cut the scales and viscera of crucian carp, and marinate the fish with a little salt for a while.

Heat the oil pan, saute the ginger slices, and fry the fish until slightly yellow.

Boil a proper amount of water, add crucian carp, cook for about 15 minutes on medium fire, add fresh milk to boil, then mix egg white into the soup, add salt to taste, and serve.
