Article 2 Contract Price and Payment

Article 3 Construction drawings

Both parties agree to provide the construction drawings in the following ways:

(1) The Employer shall provide the construction drawings in duplicate, one for the Employer and one for the Contractor.

(2) The contractor's design and construction drawings are in duplicate, one for the employer and one for the contractor (the cost is included in the contract price).

Article 4 Work of the Employer

1. Appoint _ _ _ _ _ _ _ as the representative of the Employer on the construction site, and be responsible for the performance of the contract. Supervise and inspect the project quality, progress and materials entering the site, and handle matters such as acceptance, change and registration.

2. Before the renovation project starts, be responsible for applying for registration with the property or housing management agency, and sign a decoration management service agreement with the property management unit, and consciously accept supervision and management. If it is really necessary to dismantle or change the original building main body and load-bearing structure or equipment pipelines (water, electricity, heating and gas pipelines), be responsible for going through the examination and approval procedures with the relevant departments.

3. Provide the contractor with water and electricity needed for the construction, and explain the matters needing attention. Responsible for coordinating the relationship with the surrounding neighbors.

4, responsible for removing obstacles affecting the construction. Take protective measures for furniture and furnishings stranded in the house.

5. Before starting work, the construction drawings or instructions shall be confirmed, and on-site disclosure shall be made to the contractor.

6. Be responsible for handling the garbage generated by decoration. If it is unable to handle it, it can also entrust the contractor to handle it and bear the corresponding expenses.

Article 5 Contractor's Work

4, without the consent of the employer and the approval of the relevant departments, the original building structure and various equipment pipelines shall not be dismantled at will during construction.

5. Be responsible for protecting all facilities and finished products on site before the project is completed and handed over to the owner.

6. Ensure the cleanliness of the decoration site, and do a good job of cleaning and handling before completion.

Article 6 Material supply

1 The materials and equipment used in the decoration project must meet the national standards, have quality inspection certificates and indicate the product name, specification, model, manufacturer's name and address in Chinese. It is forbidden to use building decoration materials and equipment that have been explicitly eliminated by the state.

2. If the materials and equipment supplied by the Employer have quality problems or differences in specifications, causing losses to the project, the responsibility shall be borne by the Employer.

3. All materials and equipment purchased by the contractor shall be purchased according to the requirements of design, specifications and samples. If the material does not meet the quality requirements or the specifications are different, it shall not be used. If it has been used, the contractor shall be responsible for the losses caused to the project.

Article 7 Safety in production and fire prevention

1. The construction drawings or instructions provided by the Employer shall comply with the Fire Protection Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and relevant fire protection design specifications.

2. If the drawings or practices provided by the Employer violate the relevant safety operation regulations, fire prevention regulations and fire prevention design specifications, resulting in safety or fire accidents, the Employer shall bear all economic losses arising therefrom.

3, the contractor for decoration activities, must strictly abide by the construction safety operation procedures, in accordance with the provisions, take the necessary safety protection and fire control measures, shall not use open flame and welding operations without authorization, to ensure the safety of workers and the surrounding houses and property.
