5. Slap the back, bladder meridian on both sides of the back, and the central Du meridian on the back * * * Huatuo Jiaji point * * *
The first step is to twist the racket back and drive the two arms around the waist. The left palm slaps the back around the body and the right palm slaps the left back before winding the body. Then turn around in the opposite direction. Turn your right hand around your back to the lower right, bend your elbow and pat your back with your palm, turn your left arm around the front to the left and pat your right shoulder with your palm. Repeatedly, the number of slaps is generally four or eight times. The action should be coordinated when flapping, and the inertia of shoulder, back and waist rotation should be used. When the arm swings, the shoulders, elbows and wrists should be flexible and the flapping strength should be appropriate. When patting the back, the arm should be bent backwards as far as possible, so that the back that is not easy to touch can be patted. Constantly twist your body and swing your arms, and slap your hands alternately, and the number of slaps is self-determined.
The second step is to pat the bladder meridian on both sides of the back. Pat the left side of the back to the buttocks with the palm of your right hand or palm, and pat the right side of the back to the buttocks as much as possible with your hand. Then tap the right side of your back to your hips with your left hand. The method is the same as above. You can beat it up and down repeatedly, usually 5- 10 times. The bladder meridian is located on both sides of the back, and there are points such as heart, lung, liver, gallbladder, spleen, stomach, large intestine and Shenshu on the bladder meridian.
The third step is to pat the middle of the back, that is, Du meridian and Jiaji point, also called Jiaji point. From the first thoracic vertebra to the fifth lumbar vertebra, there are 34 acupoints on each side of the twelve thoracic vertebrae and the five lumbar vertebrae. When slapping Du Meridian and Jiaji points on the back, it is better to slap the palm from the middle of the back to Changqiang point as far as possible, and it can be repeatedly slapped up and down, generally 5- 10 times.
6. Pat your armpits and sides.
Step 1: Pat the left armpit, lift the left arm, pat the left armpit with the palm of your right hand for about 36 times, then pat the left flank, from top to bottom, from the armpit to the side crotch, and then repeatedly pat the left flank from the side crotch to the armpit for 2-3 times.
The second step is to pat the right armpit and right flank with your left hand in the same way as the first step. Patients with heart, lungs and breasts should especially take more pictures here. There is a "Thyme" point between the ribs, and patting * * * can soothe the nerves.
Problems that should be paid attention to when slapping therapy 1. When flapping, the whole body is relaxed and natural, not nervous, the neck is straight and the chest is straight, breathing is stable, and distractions are eliminated.
2. Use appropriate strength when flapping. Should be light before heavy, slow before fast, moderate speed, not too hard. The diseased joint muscles can be slightly harder and the rhythm can be faster. When patting the chest and abdomen, the action should be slightly lighter to avoid damaging the internal organs.
3. Flapping should be gradual, persistent and comprehensive, and slapping at will is not allowed. Beating is best arranged after getting up in the morning. Guess the article you are interested in:
