Toxic depression and deficiency

[Abstract] According to the patient's performance, we can distinguish symptoms, which are toxic, depressed, deficient, or both. What is the poison of subdivision? Where are the internal organs and organs toxic? What is depression? Is it depression? Blood stasis? Phlegm depression? Wet and depressed? Depression? Water depression? Obesity depression? Divide and rule. Deficiency includes qi deficiency, blood deficiency, yin deficiency and yang deficiency, which should be treated separately. Poison detoxifies. There are only three ways to cure diseases, and there is no other way. What are the methods of guidance and guidance? It is also a method to cure depression, and other classes also imitate it.

I. Introduction

Ternary etiology theory, ternary pathology and pathogenesis theory and ternary syndrome differentiation theory are all three words, which are easy to learn, understand, remember and use. After graduating from University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, I studied medicine here, suffered from various diseases in Dont Ask For Help, and looked for traces of immortality in my later years. Tradition does not deviate, western medicine is also applied, and medicine can only be formed when it moves towards the three principles of medicine.

1. 1 toxin: according to the degree and severity, all organs, organs and limbs have pathological changes, all kinds of redness, swelling, high fever, exudation, pain, bacterial virus and other infections, aseptic inflammation, invasion of physical and chemical or microbial toxins, organ degeneration, dysfunction, or headless swelling and swelling. Poison can be found in internal organs as well as in skin, bones and muscles. There is a difference between cold toxin (dark red, not hot, swollen and headless) and heat toxin (red, swollen and high). There are thousands of organs in the human body, and their symptoms are mainly toxicity. The following is the classification of poisons:

1. 1.65438+ According to the amount of cold and heat, it can be divided into wind-cold type or wind-heat type. In addition, wheal caused by skin allergy, rubella caused by common cold virus, etc.

1. 1.2 fire poison: it is more common in the head and face, and can be seen in red eyes, sores on the mouth and tongue, tinnitus, deafness and dizziness.

1. 1.3 heat toxicity: fever is the main symptom, and cold or wind chill is not serious. Allergic reactions caused by various infections or immune disorders are very harmful to the body and will have toxic effects on the heart and brain.

1. 1.4 Zang-fu toxin: The pathological position of zang-fu organs, together with the nature of toxin, is the diagnosis conclusion.

1. 1.4. 1 toxic to heart and brain: or fever, mainly manifested as insanity, palpitation, chest tightness, fever, insomnia and even fidgeting, called heart evil; Limb twitching, stiff neck and drooping eyes are common after wind poison or fever. According to ancient books, evil spirits entering pericardium are actually brain swelling or brain edema. Because the heart hides the spirit and supplies blood to the brain, the lesions of the heart and brain nerves can be regarded as toxic to the brain. It can be divided into cardiotoxicity, brain toxicity and neurotoxicity.

1. 1.4.2 lung heat toxin: cough, chest pain, expectoration or hemoptysis, dyspnea, etc. "evil heat precedes the lungs." In severe cases, it causes lung abscess, which is called lung abscess in Chinese medicine.

1. 1.4.3 gastrointestinal or liver toxicity is called wet toxicity. There is a difference between cold-dampness and damp-heat. Vomiting, nausea and aversion are found in the stomach. Diarrhea and intestinal abdominal pain. Most of them are caused by dampness and turbidity in nature, so they should be fragrant to eliminate dampness, and those with obvious heat syndrome should be detoxified and diuresis. Liver disease belongs to damp toxin, which is more common in acute and chronic hepatitis. For those with poisoning symptoms, obvious heat is damp heat, and no heat is damp resistance.

1. 1.4.4 Poisoning: It is more common in bladder fever, acute and chronic nephritis, and the symptoms are frequent urination, urgency and pain, accompanied by gravel, or edema and fever. The etiology is called damp-heat and toxic evil in ancient times, and the treatment is to clear away heat and promote diuresis.

1. 1.5 sores are common in the skin, bones and muscles of the body, and malignant sores and ulcers are the most common. It is caused by visceral swelling, such as lung carbuncle, which has been found in lung toxicity and intestinal carbuncle, namely appendicitis, liver carbuncle and pelvic inflammatory disease. Malignant tumor sore infection.

1. 1.6 blood (camp) toxin: In diseases with wind toxin or heat toxin, bleeding is the main manifestation of blood toxin. If the skin is flushed or the macula is faint, it is poison in nutrition, which causes bleeding, and it is poison in blood, that is, blood poison. Blood poisoning is often accompanied by upset or mental disorder.

1. 1.7 (plague) epidemic virus: it is an acute and severe infectious disease, each with its own symptoms and characteristics, but most of them are toxins as seen above. There are also tuberculosis, malaria, SARS, bird flu, kala-azar and AIDS.

1. 1.8 cold toxin: joint swelling caused by cold pain, ischemic necrosis and abdominal cold pain. Dark color, like warm and afraid of cold, not red and swollen, long-term healing.

1.2 Depression: Depression refers to stagnation. According to the difference of qi, blood, phlegm, fat, dampness, food, water and fat, emotion is the first of qi depression. In short, depression is impassable, qi stagnation is full, blood stasis is painful and blue, and phlegm stagnation is not conducive to expectoration, wheezing or ecstasy; Dampness leads to fatigue, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea, indigestion leads to bloating, eating less and rotting. When the water is stopped, there will be water sounds in the gastrointestinal tract, cough caused by drinking in the chest and hypochondrium, or edema all over the body. Fatty liver, hyperlipidemia, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and diabetes complications are more common.

1.2. 1 Qi stagnation: due to emotional disorder, it is easily induced by emotional factors, and fullness and discomfort affect digestive function or dysfunction of various organs of the body.

1.2.2 Blood stasis: The main pathological changes are pain, bruising, vasodilation or tissue caking.

1.2.3 Phlegm obstruction: those who are dissatisfied with expectoration due to phlegm obstruction are tangible phlegm, or those who are accompanied by mental disorder due to phlegm sound such as epilepsy are mental phlegm. Or swelling and nucleation caused by phlegm.

1.2.4 Edema: it is found in skin, eye edema, or hydrops in various parts of body tissues such as chest cavity.

1.2.5 Dysphagia and constipation: common in dyspepsia or poor defecation.

1.2.6 Dampness resistance: Abdominal distension, anorexia, dyspepsia, greasy fur and thick greasy tongue coating are the main symptoms.

1.2.7 Decreased blood lipid: including arteriosclerosis, poor blood supply and other complications caused by increased blood lipid.

1.3 deficiency: qi deficiency, blood deficiency, yin deficiency and yang deficiency.

1.3. 1 Qi deficiency and fatigue, mainly manifested as burnout.

1.3.2 blood deficiency, pale complexion with fingernails, palpitation when moving;

1.3.3 Yin deficiency is manifested as insufficient body fluid, dry or dry eyes, and heart heat of hands and feet is yin deficiency and excessive fire;

1.3.4 Yang deficiency leads to body cold and decreased physical function. Or abdominal cold pain, or limb cold pain, or impotence, fatigue and body cold. , mainly manifested as cold and functional decline (cold should exclude symptoms other than wind-cold toxin). Cold swelling refers to cold toxin, cold without swelling refers to yang deficiency, and cold pain refers to moderate cold, which is different from the middle of spleen and stomach.

Poison, depression, physical weakness, countless diseases, can not be separated from its Sect, rooted in poison and depression See the source, toxic depression, dialectical easy. Dialectically, we should integrate the three and consider the toxic stagnation and deficiency as a whole. Using the method of exclusion, the toxic depression and deficiency in the three elements are comprehensively analyzed. Theoretical integration, such as water, into the body, so as to achieve the unity of avenue, good as water, to achieve the highest realm of ternary theory.

Clinical port: according to the patient's performance, the symptoms are divided into toxic, depressed or deficiency, or both of them, or both. What is the poison of subdivision? Where is the organ poison? What is depression? Is it depression? Blood stasis? Phlegm depression? Wet and depressed? Food accumulation? The water stopped? Obesity depression? Divide and rule. Deficiency is divided into qi deficiency, blood deficiency, yin deficiency and yang deficiency, which are treated separately. Poison detoxifies. Depression is bon voyage, comfort is energetic, and weakness is complementary. There are only three ways to cure diseases, and there is no other way. What are the methods of guidance and guidance? It is also a method to cure depression, and other classes also imitate it.

Mastering the above three principles is three ways! The medicine is exhausted! If you want to be all-inclusive, you must be martial arts, medical ethics, and Laozi's way.

First, the Tao divides Yin and Yang, which is the general principle. One source and three divergences, toxic depression. Toxic depression and deficiency, etiology and pathogenesis, dialectical inseparable, there are thousands of diseases, can not be separated from toxic depression and deficiency. Toxic depression and deficiency is a ternary theory of medicine, which sublimates the dualism of yin and yang.

Syndrome of toxic stagnation and deficiency is a compulsory course for western medicine and an improvement course for Chinese medicine students. Amateur Chinese medicine can learn health preservation quickly, use it well and achieve good results. This section is over! Various examination methods of western medicine are extensions and supplements of diagnostic methods of traditional Chinese medicine, which should be combined and applied without exclusion. For example, B-ultrasound and CT are the development of inspection, enriching the content of traditional Chinese medicine, and pathophysiology is the development of medical theory. Three doctors are all-encompassing medicine.

Syndrome differentiation is easy: TCM divides cough patients into exogenous and internal injuries. Exogenous cough can be divided into cough caused by wind-heat, wind-cold, cold-dryness and warm-dryness, while internal cough can be divided into liver-fire invading the lung, phlegm resisting the lung, phlegm dampness resisting the internal resistance, lung qi deficiency and lung yin deficiency. Therefore, the same patient has been seen by different doctors and come to different conclusions. The dialectical medication is different, so there are many people who diagnose medication errors, and the dialectical criteria are not unified. Western medicine is really a headache. The same prescription can cure the same disease, but this person is effective and others are ineffective. However, there are only three kinds of new medicine, namely etiology, pathology, diagnostics and dialectics. To deal with cough, it is only to detoxify and resolve phlegm, and resolving phlegm is to dispel depression. Deficiency can not breathe, tonify deficiency, so treat cough! Treat many diseases, one poison dominates the world, and three elements dominate the world. If dialectical standards and medication standards are highly unified, there will be no mistakes, and any doctor will come to the same diagnosis.

"Reading thousands of books, I am at a loss in clinical practice" is a common problem in Chinese medicine, and many students change careers for it, because it is difficult to grasp the standardization and dialectical medication of Chinese medicine, and it is difficult to have the same curative effect. Syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine is a big problem that puzzles doctors and restricts curative effect. With ternary theory, it is like a dark night, it is difficult to find the keyhole with the key, and suddenly it is bright and the hair is buried. It turns out that Chinese medicine is like this! Solved the old problems left over from thousands of years. In this way, Chinese medicine practitioners at all levels, after learning new medicine, suddenly feel that they are in the room, and everyone can understand the same standards, thus solving the modernization problem of Chinese medicine theory.

Xinyi ternary medicine, Chinese medicine does not learn, can not be a Chinese medicine. If you don't learn western medicine, you can't cure the disease. Both Chinese and western medicine are learning, and both Chinese and western medicine are moving towards unity. After that, there will be no Chinese medicine and western medicine, and all of them will be Xinyi ternary medicine.

There are only three kinds of pathogenesis: knowing, poison, depression and deficiency. All diseases return to religion, and today is harmonious. The highest state of philosophy is to cut off branches and vines, build a trunk, and simplify the complex.

The examination and analysis of illness, the participation of western medicine and modern examination methods are all extensions of TCM diagnosis. Syndrome differentiation and treatment should focus on toxic depression and deficiency. This is the characteristic of new traditional Chinese medicine in ternary medicine.

The key points in the application of ternary medical theory are: first, the nature of the disease, that is, to distinguish between toxic depression and deficiency, and second, to determine the location of the disease. Once the five internal organs or the disease location plus the disease location of toxic stagnation and deficiency are determined, you will know how to treat it.
