The second part is Taoism and Taoism 1. The origin of Taoist academic thought and Huang Lao Zi and Zhuang Zi.
(A) Taoism and Huang Lao
Taoism is a religion with Taoist academic thoughts as its content. The content of Taoist academic thought, that is, primitive religious thought, philosophical thought, scientific theory of China culture and the integration of science and technology, is a great achievement of China culture from ancient times to modern times. Although Taoism and Taoism are sometimes confused in religious color, they have great similarities and differences in essence. But the general habit is not clear about the difference between Daoism and Daoism. Just add a superstitious hat to it and send it to three mountains at sea, which is out of reach and listed as nothingness.
On the academic thought of Taoism, Ji Xiaolan once used "communication, broadness and precision" to evaluate it. Of course, any kind of academic thought, like everything in the world, has its advantages and disadvantages. Taoist academic thought, although extensive and subtle, has been circulating for a long time, and has become "fragmented and grotesque" with the result of refutation and impurity. However, we can't abandon an endless treasure of traditional culture just because we are choking, which is very ridiculous.
Now, in order to introduce Taoism and Taoism as simply as possible, we must first put forward the origin of Taoism and Taoism.
The formation of Taoist academic thought can be simply summarized into four sources: (1) Huang and Lao scholarship. (2) The thoughts of Lao Zi and Zhuangzi. (3) Hermit thought. (4) alchemy.
The formation of Taoist religious academic thought can also be simply classified into four sources: (1) originated from Taoist academic thought. (2) The evolution of political society. (3) Promote the stimulation of foreign religions. (4) basically obsessed with mysterious academics.

(B) Taoism and Zhuangzi
Speaking of Lao Tzu, he is really a strange man through the ages. First of all, we put forward that Sima Qian's comments on Laozi in Historical Records were later claimed to be something that orthodox Confucianism refused to admit after Confucius met Laozi, that is, Confucius said that Laozi was "or a dragon?" I admire him as a wonderful person who saw the beginning but couldn't see the end.
Laozi is the general representative of China's hermit thought since ancient times. He is a man of great knowledge, with rich self-cultivation that transcends the secular world and does not seek fame and fortune. . Therefore, when Sima Qian wrote his biography, it was also unpredictable, so he wanted to record all the legends and anecdotes about Laozi and make a faithful report. As for Lao Zi, it is not certain whether it is Li Er, Lao Dan or Lao Laizi. The beauty of Laozi is inexplicable. Sima Qian not only wrote him, but also wrote him as a dragon without a tail. Later, he was known as the ancestor of Taoism, and later set foot in Taoism as a leader and ascended the throne of the old gentleman. This is even more fascinating.
We should not forget that in the cultural history of China, putting Taoist academic thoughts under the control of Laozi was a trick played by scholars after Qin and Han Dynasties. As long as you pay attention to history, you will know that in the famous Wenjing era in the early Han Dynasty, when Taoist thought was the political leader, all Taoist academic thoughts were called Huang and Lao. After Sima Qian quoted his father Sima Tan's Six Classics in his Historical Records, Liu Xin's Seven Views and Ban Gu's Records of Han Shu Literature and Art came out one after another, which not only separated the academic circles of Zhou and Qin Dynasties, but also threw themselves at Taoism and made it belong to Laozi's household registration, so later scholars turned pale. After Wei and Jin Dynasties, Taoism spread and talked about inheritance system, so a series of academic pedigrees appeared, such as Lao Zi's Biography of Guan Yinzi and Geng Sang Zi, Biography of Geng Sang Zi's Tiger, Biography of Tiger Liezi and Biography of Liezi Zhuangzi.
In fact, no matter later Taoists and Taoists, they first accepted the statement of Taishi Gong Sima Qian and his son, and they were preconceived and gently fooled. It would be ridiculous if Sima Qian came to Jiuquan to talk. Sima Qian wrote "Historical Records". In the preface, he said that his father and son's thoughts were Taoist, and he also worshipped Laozi. Later, Ban Gu and his son deliberately tried to write Hanshu, standing on the Confucian concept since the Western Han Dynasty, and also said that Sima Qian and his son were Taoist thoughts and respected Laozi, and there were some disapproving comments. As everyone knows, he ignored the intention of Sima Qian's works to express his profound meaning. What he said about Taoism is the orthodoxy of carrying out China's "the skill of scholars" since ancient times, and he just takes Laozi as a positive foil; If he thinks Laozi is the ancestor of Taoism, why not study his deeds in Luo Zhi and write a great biography for him? He was able to create an unprecedented example and write a family for Confucius. Confucius didn't have the credit, and he wrote so great and accurate. Didn't Laozi, who was worshipped by his father and son, write a biography similar to the family? And the result? In his historical record, he is very fair. He just merged Lao Zi into the biographies of Lao Zi, Zhuangzi, China and South Korea, and brushed it casually. This is Sima Qian's usual historical pen, asking people to find out his living environment at that time in all his works; He didn't agree that he was actually a Confucian tunnel since the Western Han Dynasty, but he claimed to be an orthodox Confucian figure. At the same time, he doesn't agree with the pseudo-Taoist style of alchemist becoming immortal since Qin and Han Dynasties. Unfortunately, our later scholars were planted in Sima Qian's brushwork, influenced by Liu Xin, Ban Gu and others, and set off by metaphysics in Wei and Jin Dynasties, so they stifled Taoist academic thoughts in the household registration of Lao Zi and Zhuang Zi, ignoring the true content of Taoism's "comprehensiveness, comprehensiveness and implication". Therefore, when we talk about Taoism, we will take the concept of Laozi and Zhuangzi as the center, which is the result of association.
...............
Six, after the Han and Wei Dynasties, the immortal Dandao school.
Taoist and alchemist, alchemist and immortal, the types of characters under these three names, as well as the content and origin of their academic thoughts, really borrowed from each other from the Warring States to the Qin and Han Dynasties. It began in the Han and Wei Dynasties and lasted for more than a thousand years. Until now, the name of alchemist has become a thing of the past, and only Taoism and immortals have become inseparable mixed concepts. In fact, after the Han and Wei Dynasties, the study of Taoist immortals in academic circles is far from the face of the Qin and Han Dynasties. In fact, Taoist immortals have been the world of the Dandao school for more than 1000 years. The so-called alchemy is the inner alchemy based on the cultivation of spirit and spirit, with the highest goal of liberation and immortality. There are five kinds of immortals after the Song and Yuan Dynasties: (1) immortals (immortals). (2) fairies. (3) immortals. (4) Immortals on earth. (5) ghost fairy. After initial cultivation, the soul is immortal after death. In the ghost world, what can last for a long time is the achievement of ghosts and gods. It is the achievement of folk immortals to cultivate a long life without illness and a sense of security. After the above, if you can achieve the magic miracle of crossing the valley, running horses and running horses, you can be partially unaffected by various phenomena in the physical world. For example, not being invaded by cold and heat, not being afraid of fire and water, this is the achievement of the gods. Only in this way can we make progress, and then can we be regarded as the achievements of the immortals, until we fly into the air and disappear, and live indefinitely, with all kinds of magical powers, like the realm mentioned in Zhuangzi's fables. The highest state of cultivation can be wonderful in form and spirit, free from the shackles of life and death in the world, free from fatigue, and can be separated, gathered and shaped anytime and anywhere. Whoever lives in heaven and earth at will is Jin Xian's picking, which is the so-called fairy fruit. All this, is it true? Is it still possible? We can't prove it now, so let's not discuss it first, but we must pay special attention to one thing. In China culture, the highest standard of Confucian ethics and education is to upgrade the personality of an ordinary person to the realm of sages, which is great enough. On the other hand, it is Taoism, which demonstrates from the study of cosmic physics and physiological life function, and further improves the standard of life. It is believed that one can transcend the ideal of the real world, grasp the function of cosmic physics, and cultivate sublimated superman from the status of ordinary fools and women, and transcend the shackles of space-time opposition. Moreover, as early as more than 1000 BC, they could have their own independent set of scientific views after the 16th and 10th centuries without any scientific ideas. Whether it is fantasy, facts, lies that deceive the world, or talking about experimental experience, it is worthy of our attention and research.
(a) Wei Boyang, the founder of single crystal.
Since the Qin and Han Dynasties, documented people have initiated the academic thought of cultivating immortality. Of course, Wei Boyang was promoted at the end of the Eastern Han Dynasty, and later Taoists called him Wei Zhenren or Fire Dragon Zhenren. Wei Boyang's true life experience and the exact age of his existence are still a big mystery in the cultural history. But he is from the Eastern Han Dynasty, so he can't be wrong. He is only a little earlier than Zhang Daoling, a prayer school who started with the Daoism of Fuzuo and pioneered Taoism. That's more reliable. As we all know, the culture of the Eastern Han Dynasty is a period of decline of Confucianism, and all academic studies are gradually declining. But let's not forget that it has made great achievements in the science of theoretical physics and theoretical astronomy, because people who generally lack scientific literacy in later generations put it all in the "image number" file of useless learning. In fact, what is "elephant number" and what is its real meaning? I am afraid that ordinary people have never studied hard except criticizing others, and criticize a very profound internal behavior from the perspective of outsiders: how unfair! Waste also! At the end of the Eastern Han Dynasty, in the history of Taoism and Taoism, two epoch-making figures appeared, one was Wei Boyang and the other was Zhang Daoling. Wei Boyang is a fairy who represents the hermit spirit in ancient traditional culture. However, after the Han Dynasty, Zhang Daoling formed a lineage of Taoist tradition, and after the Song and Yuan Dynasties, it became a school of Zhang Tianshi, the orthodox school of Longhushan in Jiangxi. He merged with the Kongshi family in Qufu, Shandong. In the cultural history of China, only Confucius of Confucianism and Zhang Tianshi of Taoism can create a family system with academic thoughts for one or two thousand years. Isn't this a miracle in the history of world culture? In other words, the Chinese nation respects the spirit of culture and academic thought. In the kingdom of culture, he can freely give titles to sages, immortals, nobles, Chu Shi, hermits and so on, and he is respected. Wei Boyang's "hermit" route can only give people a guess of "I don't know where to go". The only gift he left to future generations was his masterpiece Tong Canqi. He really racked his brains for this book, and some people tried their best to study it from all aspects, but they still had no clue. Zhu, a master of Neo-Confucianism in Song Dynasty, admitted that his research on this book was a failure all his life, but he loved it. In order to avoid Yang Ru's suspicion, he used Taoist Zou as a pseudonym and noted "participating in the same appointment"
The purpose of Wei Boyang's book is to explain the principles and methods of alchemy, and to prove that man and the universe are the same body and different uses. In order to sort out the inheritance since ancient times and prove that man-made cultivation can be sublimated into traditional immortal learning, he used three parts of the Book of Changes, namely, principle, image and number, as well as the principle and five elements of principle in astrophysics. The so-called "participating in the same contract" means that the cultivation principle of Dan Dao and the scientific philosophy principles of Zhouyi and Laozi are thoroughly understood, so that they can understand that they are exactly the same, "like a symbolic contract." Therefore, he combined the academic principles of Zhouyi, Huang Lao and Dan Dao to write this book "Shentongqi". In this book, his words are concise and beautiful, just like the lyrics of Yilin, which is also a masterpiece through the ages. He divided the principles of the practice of Dan Dao into three categories: medicine, food and imperial defense. However, a book like Laozi, its original chapter order, how to arrange it in the end, really needs future generations to guess and test, which is rich in a touch of Taoism and can be compared with Laozi and his works. If we want to compare the ancestor of single crystal "Avatar" to Laozi's book, then another single crystal "Five Needles" written by Zhang Ziyang in Song Dynasty should be compared to Zhuangzi's book.
The theory of "Dan Dao" in Tong Canqi pays special attention to the cultivation of body and mind, which he calls "rejuvenation" and "immortality". As for the Dan medicine that can achieve the highest liberation and rise to the status of a fairy, the main medicine is the essence, spirit and elegance that everyone has. That is to say, in the process of cultivation, you can or must borrow the foreign elixir, that is, cultivate the body and mind of the sick elephant to supplement fatigue and restore its essence, spirit and instinct of life. It is the ancestral book of China's health preserving theory, and also the earliest work to study the mysteries of physical and mental life. It influenced medicine, biophysics, Buddhism and Zen during the Han and Wei Dynasties. Later, the Taoist classic Huang Tingjing, the so-called "medicine, spirit and essence" and the dragon and tiger classics were all transformed from magical powers. As for the refining method and taking method of the essence, spirit and taste of drugs, it is necessary to have correct spiritual cultivation and real wisdom to achieve it. Therefore, to master the procedure of practicing medicine and taking medicine, we must thoroughly understand the key points of imperial politics. When it comes to medicine, although he pointed out that essence, spirit and qi are the main materials for practicing Dan medicine, he did not participate in the theories and methods of Buddhism and Zen like Dan Dao after Song and Yuan Dynasties, nor was he the Dan Dao school of Wu and Liu Huayang after Ming and Qing Dynasties, but only regarded the sperm of sexual nervous system as the spiritual essence. At the same time, after the Ming and Qing dynasties, there was no theory of Dan Dao, and it was easy to take Ren, Du and other strange classics as the theme of monasticism. His original text is very clear, because later Taoists and Taoists made their own annotations for him from different angles, so they paid attention to cultivating nature and life and advocated celibacy. A dual-major school that advocates staying at home and co-teaching men and women; There are different opinions on the method of smelting mercury by burning lead and the method of using external Dan, both of which are based on the principle of "magical power" Therefore, the fallacies and heresies such as "smelting in the room" quoted the classical Chinese text of "supernatural powers", which was well-founded and well-written. As for the essence and spirit originally mentioned in the supernatural spirit, it is the external use of soul and spirit, but the combination of essence and spirit. And the Book of Changes are the same idea: "essence is the thing, and wandering souls change."
In fact, the book Avatar is not really difficult to read, nor is it the author's mysterious formula. Only influenced by historical background, the style of the article is different. Wei Boyang was born in the Eastern Han Dynasty, which happened to be the period when the literary movement was changing to the present and the ancient style. He didn't analyze it in detail like modern people, but he summed it up clearly. But as long as you grasp his theme, you are explaining the principle of practicing Dan Dao. He quoted Laozi's theory in order to prove that his truth is not fiction by the words of the sages and ancients. He quoted the principle of image number in the Book of Changes, trying to explain the general law of meteorological changes in heaven, earth, sun and moon, in order to prove that the principle of personal life activities is a procedure of changes in heaven and earth, and it can be applied flexibly with regularity, not asking you to apply the norms of heaven, earth, sun and moon to your body and mind. In the view of Zhu Yunyang, a Taoist priest in Qing Dynasty, it is a very reasonable saying that he compares the decline of spirit and the appearance of the sun to the surplus and deficiency of qi and blood. Now, one or two paragraphs about the theory and method of meditation are his extended comments on Laozi's "Be empty, be quiet and believe" and "Everything must be quiet in the end and quiet in the future". At the same time, we can also see how Buddhism and Buddhism in Wei Boyang in the late12nd century adopted a scientific point of view to explain the present situation of the heart in China culture, and proposed for the first time the revision of the supernatural spirit based on "no thoughts". It can be seen that the methods of cultivating "tranquility" and "respect" by Confucian philosophers in Song Dynasty are closely related to Buddhism and Taoism. For example:
Deducing the number of five elements is more about stress than hate. Raise water to light the fire and suddenly go out. The sun and the moon often block each other at dusk. Water overflows the ridge and invades the sun, while fire extinguishes the day. Yin and Yang. Eating together, the path of sympathy is natural. Dare not say it in vain, antique humanities. Ancient books recorded that the beauty of the Yellow Emperor was in Jinhua. Qiu Shi is good at Huainan, and yellow buds are added to Yuyang. A saint can stick to his actions, he is not worthy of everything. The ancient and modern Tao is one, and the dialogue spits out. Scholars work hard and pay attention to deep thinking. The most important thing is to make it clear that I am not lying.
A famous person is determined by love, and a word is said by nature. At the beginning of the return of gold, it was called Gui Dan.
Three treasures in the eyes, ears and mouth, don't pass if it is blocked. Real people dive into the abyss and float in the rules. This is a contract to turn songs into audio-visual uses and open and close them. For its own key jurisdiction, the movement is endless. From natural gas to Wei Rong, Naoto Kan doesn't need to be clever. Not talking about trading, but tracking the HarmonyOS system. All three are key, and the body is empty. The ambition of the Committee is nothing, and "no idea" is normal. The evidence is difficult to pass, and the heart is not vertical and horizontal. Sleeping and sleeping, hugging each other, waking up to life and death. The color is moist and the seam is firm. Get rid of all evil spirits, and then stand upright. Implement it without stopping repairs. Prostitution is like spring, and liquid is like Jie Bing. From head to toe, it will rise again. There are endless holes, and Buddha is in the valley. The test of anti-Tao is the virtue of the weak. The hoe is filthy, delicate and smooth. Turbidity is clear, and long-term fainting is clear.
................
After the Ming and Qing Dynasties, the Dandao school was divided into four schools, such as: Nanzong practiced yin and yang, Beizong practiced quietness, Xizong practiced single cultivation, and Dongzong practiced double cultivation. However, its purpose is still inseparable from the theoretical basis of double cultivation of life. Sometimes it refers to the thoughts of Neo-Confucianism in Song Dynasty and Germany, or the thoughts of Daxue and the Doctrine of the Mean, and pays attention to "doing what one can". In short, the academic thought of the immortal Dan Dao, from nourishing the spirit since the Zhou and Qin Dynasties, to refining the spirit after the Han and Wei Dynasties, and then to refining the essence after the Song and Yuan Dynasties, is very different from the original and simple Taoism. Although the worship of Huang Lao is very different from Lao Zi's quietness, what's more, the later Dandao school, mixed with witchcraft such as picking and mending in the room, and various tricks of pretending to be monsters, all have self-esteem as the supreme Danfa, and each claims to have obtained the esoteric biography of the orthodox Dandao; Or their own teachers are people who have lived for hundreds of years, and they can all achieve the wonderful hand of "delaying illness and prolonging life". That's all. As long as you read the fallacies and heresies of alchemists since the Wei and Jin Dynasties listed in Bao Puzi, you can know the eternal lies without any knots.
The cultivation method of alchemy after the Ming and Qing Dynasties is farther away from the orthodox alchemy since the Han, Tang, Song and Yuan Dynasties, and the road is narrower. Generally speaking, alchemy is mostly based on Wu and Liu Huayang. Wu is the author of Jin Xian's Certificate, and Liu Huayang is the author of Wisdom Life Sutra. They participated in Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism, demonstrated the theory and thought of metaphysics and wonderful Taoism, and tried their best to prove that their alchemy was the true biography of Taoism. However, it is absurd to misinterpret Buddhism and fabricate Buddhist characters. Dandao school advocates "essence purification" as the initial basis, paying special attention to the function of sexual physiology and behavior, which is a wonderful cultivation method. It is believed that men and women have the impulse of sexual reproduction and no sexual desire, which is the phenomenon that they produce drugs when they are alive. From then on, I began to practice, or I used my eyes to shine, or I used my breath to tighten the perineum (seabed), and guided Yang essence to follow the inspector (central spinal nerve) and return to the mud palace (diencephalon part) in the upper abdomen. The so-called "nourishing essence, nourishing brain and prolonging life" has taken effect here, which is the innate nature of Dantou. After arriving in Shangdantian, it turns into Huachi Shenshui (oral cavity, lymph gland endocrine and other body fluids), and goes down to Xiadantian (under the navel) along the twelfth floor, which is called the method of opening ren meridian, which makes ren and du meridian circulate, which is far-fetched to match with heavenly stems and earthly branches's statement that Jiazi, who is easy to learn the number of images, is called the method of running Xiao Zhou Tian (also known as the turning river car). Then how to change from a small Sunday to a big Sunday, using notes such as dragon, white tiger, lead, mercury, yin and yang. The mystery is so mysterious and sacred that those who yearn for immortality and want to become immortals regard it as the supreme Taoist elixir and are constantly practicing it. Finally, it is tested by refining it to Ma Yin (male reproductive organs contract and female breasts are returned to children); From then on, further, to achieve the purpose of refining the spirit, to achieve the out-of-body experience of Yang Shen, wandering outside the body, and channeling, is the effect of refining Jin Xian, and various statements have a great influence. General practitioners of martial arts (Nanzong's family), boxers of northern school (waijia's family), people who specialize in qigong or pay attention to sitting for health preservation, and martial arts novelists. The so-called concepts and terms of getting through the second pulse of Ren Du and "being possessed" all come from the theoretical name of Danfa school, which is extremely harmful.
In fact, the theory and method of "refining gas" of this school of Dan method, whether orthodox or not, have two advantages as long as it is used correctly and properly: ....................
Thirdly, Taoism and Taoism, from Wei and Jin Dynasties to Tang and Song Dynasties, have an indissoluble bond with China literature, just like Buddhism and Zen Buddhism. If we divide the boundaries by time, Wei and Jin literature, whether poetry or prose, contains more Taoist elements. Taoism and Buddhism are equally important in Tang literature, especially in Tang poetry. As for the note novels in the Tang Dynasty, Taoist elements are in the majority. The literature of Song people seems to be more inclined to Zen, whether it is poetry or prose, which is generally the case. There are more Buddhist elements in dramas and novels in the Yuan Dynasty than Taoism, and they have gradually embarked on the road of blending since the Ming and Qing Dynasties. In order to talk about such a serious topic, and finally to make everyone relaxed, we might as well quote some materials about Taoism in Tang poetry, so that people can get some fairy-like artistic conception after reading it. Among the famous talents in the Tang Dynasty, such as Li Shangyin's famous sentence Untitled, his Taoist feelings can be seen everywhere. "You said you were coming, but you didn't come. You left me nothing but the moonlight on your tower at five o'clock. The dream in the wound is far from being called; When I woke up, I began to write a letter. The blue candle burns its jade feather lamp, and the musk deer embroiders the hibiscus slightly. But what is far beyond my power is the magic mountain, and even the mountain is more than 10,000. " Another example is his "Jinse", "I don't know why my Jinse has fifty strings, each of which has a flowery interval of youth. Zhuangzi daydreaming, a saint, was bewitched by butterflies, and cuckoo crowed in the imperial spring. Mermaids shed pearl-like tears on the moon-green sea, and the blue fields breathed their jade to the sun. A moment that should last forever is only accidental. " He used Liu Lang, Peng Shan, Zhuang Shengmeng Die, Wang Di Tuodu Fu, Haizhu Tears, Lantian Warm Jade and so on. , are allusions related to Taoism. Without this cultivation, this artistic conception, this feeling, this kind of poem can't be done. This is a contrast to Wang Wei's poem with Taoist artistic conception. "Rain has accumulated in the Woods, and smoke has slowed down, and pears are steamed and millet is boiled." Study in the mountains, observe mold, and eat sunflower seeds with dew under pine trees. Why should I scare seagulls, even if I think about it, by giving the honorary position to any clown? . "Each has its own flavor. As for the poems of famous monks and Taoists in the Tang Dynasty, there are also many excellent works, because they are generally limited to the prejudice and prejudice of poetic style, and it is easy to ignore the past. Taoist poems, such as "because of buying cinnabar, white clouds are fluttering, and Lu Qiu only provokes the dust of nine songs." "It is better to stick your ear into the mountains, because it is a thousand troubles that kill people." "Buddha before the incense, burning in the morning, Suk Kim to open the door, lonely. The boy didn't know the teacher's reason, so he reported that the wind blew the banana off. " "Like a crane as a cloud, I don't care about my country or my poverty. I plan to lie on a pillow and sell it to the world. " "Sail force split waves, horseshoe broken mountain. Fame and fortune are thicker than wine, and people are drunk. " Wait, they are all cool sedatives that you occasionally take in your confused life, which is of great help to your cultivation. If Pei Hang meets a fairy in Tang Dynasty's note novels, and Yun Ying marries a fairy, it will add to the fantasies and anecdotes of many fairy families in later generations. Taoism and Taoism endow China literature with vitality, without decadent, melancholy and gray emotions. The works of famous poets in Song Dynasty, such as Su Dongpo, Wang Anshi and Huang, are inseparable from the thoughts of Taoism and Buddhism. Su Dongpo's nouns, such as "water tune", say, "When will there be a bright moon?" Asking for wine from heaven, I wonder what year it is tonight. I want to go home in the wind, so as not to get cold! Dance to find the shadow, what is it like! The moon turned into a scarlet pavilion, hanging low on the carved window, shining on the sleepy self. There should be no hate. When shall we meet again? People have joys and sorrows, and the moon is full of ups and downs. It's a shame! I hope that people will live for a long time and people will be thousands of miles away. "and" birds call apes close by day, but who knows the ancient emperor? "The green cow resigned early, and the white crane visited the descendants." Wait, wait, wait, wait. If you want to study Taoism and China literature, there are many articles in it, so you must not let them go.
